Après rinçage minutieux, Straumann® Emdogain® est appliqué de manière à recouvrir entièrement les surfaces radiculaires exposées. Le lambeau est repositionné coronairement et suturé au niveau de la jonction émail-cément.

In CAF-procedures in conjunction with Straumann® Emdogain®, the exposed root surfaces are cleaned and sulcular incisions at the site of the recessions are made extending horizontally in the adjacent interdental tissues. To elevate a full thickness flap, two vertical slightly divergent releasing incisions are made that connect to the horizontal incisions. The periosteum is cut to allow for tension-free positioning of the flap in coronal direction and the papilla are deepithelized. The root surfaces are conditioned by applying Straumann® PrefGel® for 2 minutes. After thorough rinsing, Straumann® Emdogain® is applied to fully cover the exposed root surfaces. The flap is repositioned coronally and sutured at the level of the cemento-enamel junction.

Bei der koronalen Verschiebeplastik in Verbindung mit Straumann® Emdogain® werden die freiliegenden Wurzeloberflächen gereinigt und sulkuläre Inzisionen um die Rezessionen gemacht, welche horizontal in die angrenzenden interdentalen Gewebe reichen. Zur Präparation eines Volllappens werden zwei vertikale, leicht divergierende Entlastungsinzisionen durchgeführt, die die horizontalen Inzisionen verbinden. Eine Periostschlitzung erlaubt eine spannungsfreie Reponierung des Lappens in koronaler Richtung. Die Papillen werden deepithelialisiert. Die Wurzeloberflächen werden durch Applikation von Straumann® PrefGel® für 2 Minuten konditioniert. Nach sorgfältigem Spülen wird Straumann® Emdogain® verabreicht, um die Wurzeloberflächen vollständig zu bedecken. Der Lappen wird koronal reponiert und auf Höhe der Schmelzzementgrenze vernäht.
