Die Sanierung einer Fußgängerunterführung stand an: Der Betonboden außen war mit Moos und Algen bedeckt, weshalb oft Fußgänger ausrutschten. Die Wände innen waren mit Graffiti bedeckt und der Boden von Kaugummi überzogen.

A pedestrian tunnel was in need of refurbishment: the concrete floor outside was covered with moss and algae, causing people to slip; the walls inside were covered with graffiti and the floor was covered with gum. The challenge was to clean all the surfaces without damaging the concrete, and to keep costs as low as possible.

Un des projets de la société consistait à remettre en état un tunnel piétonnier : à l'extérieur, le sol en béton était recouvert de mousse et d'algues sur lesquelles les gens glissaient et, à l'intérieur, les murs étaient recouverts de graffitis, et le sol, de chewing-gums. La difficulté était de nettoyer toutes les surfaces sans endommager le béton, tout en réduisant les coûts au maximum.

Un túnel peatonal necesitaba una restauración: el suelo de hormigón del exterior estaba cubierto de musgo y algas que hacían resbalar a la gente; las paredes del interior estaban llenas de grafitis y el suelo cubierto de chicle. El reto era limpiar todas las superficies sin dañar el hormigón y mantener los costes al mínimo.

Un tunnel pedonale aveva bisogno di essere rinnovato: il pavimento in cemento nella parte esterna era coperto di muschio e muffe ed era diventato scivoloso; le pareti nella parte interna erano ricoperte di graffiti e il pavimento era pieno di gomme da masticare. La sfida consisteva nel pulire tutte le superfici senza danneggiare il cemento, mantenendo il più possibile i costi bassi.

Een voetgangerstunnel was toe aan renovatie: de betonnen vloer in open lucht was bedekt met mos en algen, waardoor er slipgevaar was; de binnenmuren waren bedekt met graffiti en de vloer hing vol kauwgom. De uitdaging bestond erin alle oppervlakken te reinigen zonder het beton te beschadigen, tegen een zo laag mogelijke kostprijs.
