El estudio francés de Gaëlle Hamonic y Jean-Christophe Masson es el autor de este edificio con 156 apartamentos para estudiantes, situado en Boulogne-Billancourt, a 10 kilómetros de París. Con ocho alturas sobre rasante y dos niveles subterráneos destinados a aparcamiento, el bloque está caracterizado por el color dorado de las fachadas con chapas metálicas perforadas. Las terrazas están apiladas en un juego dinámico donde sobresalen y se deslizan unas sobre otras. Entre la estructura de hormigón y la envolvente dorada se colocan unos cajas de madera para que los pájaros hagan sus nidos.
