El estudio francés de Gaëlle Hamonic y Jean-Christophe Masson es el autor de este edificio con 156 apartamentos para estudiantes, situado en Boulogne-Billancourt, a 10 kilómetros de París. Con ocho alturas sobre rasante y dos niveles subterráneos destinados a aparcamiento, el bloque está caracterizado por el color dorado de las fachadas con chapas metálicas perforadas. Las terrazas están apiladas en un juego dinámico donde sobresalen y se deslizan unas sobre otras. Entre la estructura de hormigón y la envolvente dorada se colocan unos cajas de madera para que los pájaros hagan sus nidos.

From the clothing and general tone of the picture, this work could be dated to around the middle of 1890 and may even be connected with illustrations produced by the artist for contemporary periodicals.

La técnica de aguada con toques de acuarela con que está abordada esta escena denota el perfecto dominio de la técnica de la pintura al agua por parte de García Ramos. En ella combina el minucioso acabado de las figuras con los toques de manchas más líquidas en el primer plano y el fondo para sugerir los reflejos del suelo y la atmosfera cargada del salón. A juzgar por las vestimentas y tono general, podría situarse esta obra hacia mediados de 1890. De hecho podría relacionarse con el tono de algunas de sus ilustraciones para publicaciones periódicas.

"The Connemara 2 is a special accordion with 12 basses and two and a half row right hand. The extra half row on the melody side allows the player to explore new chords especially when accompanying songs while mixing it with the extra basses on the left hand. It also allows the player to get 'smooth runs' up and down the melody side with notes either all on the press or the draw. A fantastic accordion for playing with other instruments especially the fiddle as the tone of the Saltarelle accordion compliments it very well. Such an enjoyable accordion to play."
