In Workshops wurde gemeinsam mit dem Kunden ein Konzept zum Naming des Projekts, seiner einzelnen Bauabschnitte sowie zur Tonalität der Zielgruppenansprache entwickelt. Inspiriert von der Idee der Doppel­belichtung verdeutlichen sympathische Testimonials vor dem Hintergrund der neuen Gebäude, das es sich beim DÖRNBERG um einen nahbahren, urbanen Lebensraum handelt. Auf Broschüren und als Anzeigen­motive spiegeln sie die Vielseitigkeit der über 1.100 Wohnungen und verleihen dem Areal trotz seiner Größe von 250.000 Quadratmetern Nähe und Lebendigkeit. Nach außen bildet es den stimmigen Rahmen für die gesamte Kommunikation – von der eigenen Website das-doernberg.de über die B2B-Ansprache in Bezug auf Gewerbeflächen in Form von hochwertigen Broschüren bis hin zu Bautafeln und diversen Anzeigen in überregionalen Tageszeitungen für potentielle Käufer der vielseitigen Stadtwohnungen. Innerhalb eines lebendigen, flexiblen Prozesses können Tonalität und Design des DÖRNBERG jederzeit angepasst und fluide optimiert werden; neben der jüngst vollzogenen Eröffnung des Showrooms sind noch viele weitere Broschüren und eine eigene, hochwertige Projektdokumentation geplant.
