Interesdunak beste pertsona fisiko edo juridiko baten izenean jarduten duenean, Ministerio honi bidali beharko dio ordezkoa dela egiaztatzen duen dokumentazioa (32. art. LRJPAC).

If the applicant is representing another individual or legal person, they must send this Ministry the documentation certifying that they are acting in the capacity of representative by post (art. 32 of the Legal Provisions Governing Public Administrations and Common Administrative Procedure, LRJPAC).

Cuando el interesado actúe en nombre de otra persona física o jurídica, deberá remitir por correo a este Ministerio la documentación acreditativa de la representación que pretende ostentar (art. 32 LRJPAC)

Quan l'interessat actuï en nom d'una altra persona física o jurídica, haurà d'enviar per correu a aquest Ministeri la documentació acreditativa de la representació que pretén ostentar (art. 32 LRJPAC).
