Alla fine di questo percorso emergeranno, nel futuro del Paese, quelle componenti sociali estreme che hanno determinato la vittoria manu militari.

В 1990-1992 гг. - начальник Управления международных организаций, директор Департамента международных организаций и глобальных проблем МИД России. В 1992-1994 гг. - заместитель Министра иностранных дел Российской Федерации. В 1994-2004 гг. - Постоянный представитель Российской Федерации при ООН. С 2004 года Министр иностранных дел Российской Федерации. Имеет ранг Чрезвычайного и Полномочного Посла. Отмечен государственными наградами. Женат, имеет дочь.

Cette renonciation aux principes du GATT pour les pays en développement a été officialisée, en 1964, par l'ajout au texte du GATT de la partie IV consacrée au “Commerce et développement”.

Por ello, la OMC no se contenta con la igualdad formal y busca una igualdad real. En efecto, sólo entre iguales hay verdadera igualdad. En la esfera del comercio es necesario que determinados países menos desarrollados se beneficien de flexibilidades para que comercio y desarrollo sigan yendo de la mano. Los países en vías de desarrollo pueden, en consecuencia, beneficiarse de mecanismos no recíprocos: especialmente de un trato especial y diferenciado. Esta renuncia a los principios del GATT con respecto a los países en desarrollo fue oficializada en 1964 mediante la adición al texto del GATT de la Parte IV, “Comercio y desarrollo”.
