Toutefois, il convient de noter que, lorsque la mention NEANT figure dans la deuxième partie de la liste, c'est-à-dire la partie sectorielle, cela signifie qu'il n'y a pas de limitations propres au secteur en question: il faut se souvenir que, comme on l'a signalé plus haut, il peut y avoir des limitations horizontales indiquées dans la première partie de la liste qui sont applicables.

Where there are no limitations on market access or national treatment in a given sector and mode of supply, the entry reads NONE. However, it should be noted that when the term NONE is used in the second or sector-specific part of the schedule it means that there no limitations specific to this sector: it must be borne in mind that, as noted above, there may be relevant horizontal limitations in the first part of the schedule.

De no haber limitación alguna al acceso a los mercados o al trato nacional respecto de un determinado sector y modo de suministro, la anotación es NINGUNA. Conviene señalar, sin embargo, que cuando ese término NINGUNA se utiliza en la segunda parte de la Lista, correspondiente a sectores específicos, se ha de entender que no hay limitaciones de aplicación específica a ese sector: debe tenerse presente que, según se ha indicado antes, puede haber en la primera parte de la Lista limitaciones horizontales pertinentes en tal caso.
