Daher interessiere ich mich ebenso für das, was man durch Körpersprache mitteilen kann, etwa durch Bewegung. Oder für andere, nicht-textliche Formen der Kommunikation, wie das Morse-Alphabet. Letztendlich geht es mir darum, Gespräche in Gang zu setzen, Fragen zu stellen und Leute zum Nachdenken zu bringen.

Daher interessiere ich mich ebenso für das, was man durch Körpersprache mitteilen kann, etwa durch Bewegung. Oder für andere, nicht-textliche Formen der Kommunikation, wie das Morse-Alphabet. Letztendlich geht es mir darum, Gespräche in Gang zu setzen, Fragen zu stellen und Leute zum Nachdenken zu bringen.

In my work I operate within a visual code. I also have a dance background, and so I’m also interested in language through movement and other non-textual forms, such as the Morse code. It all comes down to a form of creating conversation, creating dialogue, asking questions, making people think.

Sprache ist universell. Obwohl sie durch die verschiedenen ethnischen Zugehörigkeiten unterschiedlich kodiert ist, hat jeder Mensch zumindest eine Sprache, in der er kommunizieren kann. Kommunikation ist ein überaus wichtiges Werkzeug. Mich interessiert Sprache vor allem als Werkzeug der Aufklärung, als Mittel, um Ideen zu verbreiten. Das ist es, worauf es mir als Künstler ankommt.
