Ces machines sont composées d’un plus grand nombre de stations pour pouvoir réaliser des profilés d’une hauteur supérieure à 55 mm, jusqu’à 77 mm. Cette ligne est constituée d’un dérouleur, d’une profileuse T4, d’une machine à injecter et d’un système de coupe par scie volante.

These machines have more stations so that larger profiles from 55mm up to 77mm can be manufactured. The line includes decoiler, T4 roll forming machine, PU foam injection machine, fly cutting system with saw blade. Suitably accessorised, this line can also make traditional rolling shutter profiles with the addition of a punching machine and a stacking table.

Diese Maschinen umfassen eine höhere Anzahl an Stationen, um Profile mit einer größeren Höhe als 55 mm und bis zu 77 mm fertigen zu können. Die Linie ist komplett mit Haspel, Profiliermaschine T4, Ausschäummaschine, Schneidsystem mit fliegender Säge. Richtig ausgestattet erlaubt dieses System auch die Fertigung von traditionellen Rollladenprofilen, wenn eine Stanzmaschine und ein Einfädeltisch vorgesehen werden.
