This enabled the range of products for the Polish, Czech and Russian markets to be extended, and increased the flexibility and speed of reaction to customer needs. The plant currently operates in four halls and has the possibility to use another two.

Das Werk in Kąty Wrocławskie wurde zweimal umgebaut: 2005, als der Lagerbereich in eine eigene Halle umzog und dann 2015-2016, als sich die Fläche der Produktionsanlage nach einer Erweiterung auf nunmehr 12.000 m2 verdoppelt hat. Im Ergebnis des Vorhabens entstand ein zweites Lager und die zwei vom Hersteller eingesetzten Fertigungstechnologien – Spritzguss und Thermoformen – sind nun in zwei separaten Produktionshallen untergebracht. Dadurch war es möglich, die Palette der für den polnischen, tschechischen und russischen Markt gefertigten Erzeugnisse zu erweitern und die Flexibilität und Reaktionsschnelle auf die Kundenbedürfnisse zu steigern. Derzeit verfügt das Werk über 4 Hallen und es stehen noch Flächen für weitere 2 zur Verfügung. Die Georg Utz sp. z o.o. hatte bei Aufnahme ihre Tätigkeit 1998 eine Personalstärke von 7 Mitarbeitern. Heute beschäftigt Georg Utz 100 Mitarbeiter.

Lo stabilimento a Kąty Wrocławskie è stato ristrutturato due volte: nel 2005, quando l’area adibita a magazzino è stata trasferita in un locale dedicato e poi nel 2015-2016, quando la superficie dell’unità produttiva è stata raddoppiata raggiungendo ormai i 12.000 m2. Il progetto ha portato alla realizzazione di un secondo magazzino mentre le due tecnologie di produzione introdotte dal fabbricante, ossia stampaggio a iniezione e termoformatura, sono ora ospitate in due separate unità produttive. Questo ha permesso di ampliare la gamma di prodotti fabbricati per i mercati polacco, ceco e russo e di aumentare la flessibilità e la velocità di reazione nei confronti delle esigenze dei clienti. Attualmente, lo stabilimento dispone di 4 capannoni e ci sono ancora aree disponibili per altri 2. La Georg Utz sp. z o.o. all’inizio della sua attività nel 1998 aveva una forza lavoro di 7 dipendenti, oggi impiega 100 persone.

Fabryka w Kątach Wrocławskich była dwukrotnie przebudowywana – pierwszy raz w 2005 r., kiedy wydzielano do osobnej hali cześć magazynową. W latach 2015-2016 r., w wyniku kolejnej rozbudowy zakład dwukrotnie zwiększył swoją powierzchnię - do 12 000 m2. W konsekwencji przeprowadzonej inwestycji powstał drugi magazyn, a dwie technologie wykorzystywane przez producenta - formowanie wtryskowe oraz termoformowanie zostały ulokowane w dwóch odrębnych halach produkcyjnych. Pozwaliło to poszerzyć gamę produktów oferowanych na rynek polski, czeski i rosyjski, a także zwiększyć elastyczność i szybkość reakcji na potrzeby klientów. Aktualnie zakład funkcjonuje w 4 halach i posiada możliwości lokalowe jeszcze na kolejne dwie. Georg Utz sp. z o.o. rozpoczynał działalność w 1998 r. z 7 osobowym zespołem pracowników. Dziś Georg Utz zatrudnia 100 pracowników.
