Jean-François LEGER is a chemical engineer, holds a Ph.D. from the University of Geneva and a graduate of the Center for International Studies of Industrial Property of the University of Strasbourg (CEIPI). It is authorized representative before the European Patent Office. He is particularly specialized in the fields of chemistry, related sciences and engineering, as well as trademark law and the settlement of disputes relating to domain names before the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO). Jean-François LEGER is a member and former president of the Association of the Swiss Patent and Trademark Attorneys, he is a member of several other professional associations (FICPI, VESPA, AIPPI, INTA, INGRES, PTMG, LIDC) and was elected as a Swiss representative before the Board of Professional Representatives (EPI), as well as a member of the Executive Committee of FICPI. Finally, it was Judge of the Federal Commission of Appeal in respect of Intellectual Property (1994-2006). Jean LEGER entered the profession in 1973. He is a shareholder and a member of the board of our company.
