Toutefois, s’il y a un désaccord au sujet des résultats du rapport, il est toujours possible de faire une lettre de réclamation endéans le délai défini. Lors de désaccord permanent, il est même possible d’interjeter appel auprès de la Cour d’appel, division Chambres fiscales.

When one agrees with these findings the report will become final. But when there is disagreement about the results of the report there is the possibility to register a notice of objection (within a fixed period). When there is a lasting disagreement there is even the possibility to appeal at the court of appeal, department tax division. Through the years we have gained some expertise in this area. Falls man mit dem Befund einverstanden ist, wird der Bericht definitiv. Aber bei Uneinigkeit über das Resultat des Berichtes gibt es die Möglichkeit, innerhalb der angegebenen Periode eine Eingabe zu machen. Wenn die Uneinigkeit noch immer besteht, hat man sogar Recht auf Anfechtung bei der Steuerabteilung des Gerichtshofs. Cuando uno esté de acuerdo con estos resultados el informe se convertirá en definitivo. Pero cuando hay desacuerdo sobre los resultados del informe, existe la posibilidad de registrar una notificación de objeción (en un plazo fijo). Cuando hay un desacuerdo duradero incluso existe la posibilidad de apelar en la corte de apelación, la división de impuestos del departamento. W razie przyjęcia wskazanych ustaleń, raport staje się prawomocny. Jeżeli jednak nie zgadzasz się z ustaleniami zawartymi w raporcie, istnieje możliwość wniesienia pisma zawierającego sprzeciw (w określonym czasie). W przypadku długotrwałego sporu istnieje nawet możliwość odwołania się do sądu apelacyjnego, do wydziału podatkowego. W miarę upływu lat zdobyliśmy już pewne doświadczenie w tym obszarze. Nie boimy się wejść w Twoim imieniu na drogę prawną.
