Conformément à la loi sur la taxe de séjour en vigueur, le client est tenu de payer la taxe de séjour en même temps que le logement. Falls in das gebuchte Ferienobjekt mehr Personen ankommen, als bei der Buchung angemeldet wurde (und im Voucher steht) hat der Vermieter das Recht die unangemeldete Personen nicht unterzubringen. Unter der Voraussetzung dass es genügend Platz im Ferienobjekt gibt, können die zusätzlichen Gäste untergebracht werden unter Berechnung der zusätzlichen Kosten pro Person/Nacht. Der Vermieter ist nicht verpflichtet den gebuchten Zeitraum zu verlängern, aber wenn es möglich ist, kann man unter Berechnung der zusätzlichen Übernachtungen die Buchung verlängern. Der Vermieter ist nicht verpflichtet, an den Kunden die Leistungen die nicht im Voucher genannt sind zu leisten.

Nel caso in cui più persone arrivino nella sistemazione prenotata rispetto a quelle registrate al momento della prenotazione e indicate sui documenti di viaggio (voucher), il proprietario di casa ha il diritto di non accogliere persone non preannunciate. Supponendo che ci sia abbastanza spazio nell'unità di alloggio, gli ospiti aggiuntivi possono essere ospitati calcolando il costo aggiuntivo per persona / notte. Il proprietario non è obbligato a prolungare il periodo prenotato, ma se disponibile, con un supplemento adeguato, il servizio di sistemazione può essere prolungato. In tal caso è richiesto il pagamento per notti aggiuntive. Il proprietario di casa non è obbligato a fornire i servizi che non sono indicati nel voucher.

Az érvényes idegenforgalmi adóról szóló törvény értelmében az ügyfél köteles az idegenforgalmi adót a szálláshellyel egyidejűleg megfizetni. Az idegenforgalmi adó teljes összege a személyek számától, az életkortól és a tartózkodás napjától függ. A legtöbb nyaralási ingatlanra az idegenforgalmi adó már benne van az árban. Az idegenforgalmi adó összege a foglalás kiszámításánál szerepel, vagy azt jelzik, hogy az idegenforgalmi adó már szerepel az árban.
