Developed within the frames of RA Government Decree N1064-N of September 18 2008 proclaiming Jermuk a tourism center which had been envisioned by the RA president’s pre-election program, the main goal of the Jermuk Development Program is to transform the town into a year-round historical-cultural tourism center for healthy active life and to bring it in line with modern international standards. It is this goal that is pursued by the activities of the Hyatt Place Jermuk Hotel with its high quality service of Hyatt Place brand. The construction of the hotel complex started in late 2009 and finished in May 2015. It consists of one central and two other buildings – southern and northern. The adjacent one-hectare area has been improved to serve as a green area for public use. The total building space of the hotel complex comprises around 12.000 sq. m. The total investments amounted to about 11.5 billion drams. The complex includes a recreational and relaxation zone, a SPA and hydropathic center with baths of Jermuk medicinal mineral waters, a gymnasium, a swimming-pool and a sauna, a children’s room, a business center, a restaurant and conference halls. The Hyatt Place Jermuk Hotel is the third hotel opened in the European region.

Ho viaggiato in tutta Europa e sono stata 6 mesi in Grecia dove ho mangiato cibo incredibile, ho incontrato le persone più interessanti, ed ho vissuto delle esperienze meravigliose. Al ritorno negli Stati Uniti mi sono laureata all’ UA, mi sono trasferita a Los Angeles e adesso lavoro come buyer di prodotti di bellezza e profumi per i retailer di lusso.

Au cours des années 1990-1998, 51 prélèvements de collemboles ont été réalisés, pour la plupart, dans les montagnes du Yémen continental. La majorité des captures a été faite à la main en frappant la végétation sur un plateau ; mais aussi à l’aide de pièges : pièges lumineux, pièges de Malaise, piègestrappes et d’extraction à sec sur des appareils de type Tullgren. Ce travail ne traite que du genre Seira Lubbock, 1869. Six espèces sont décrites, l’une d’elles Seira eleana Coates, 1968 est connue d’Afrique du Sud, les cinq autres sont de nouvelles espèces : Seira polysperes n. sp., S. jacquemarti n. sp., S. yemenensis n. sp., S. humberti n. sp. et S. sanaaensis n. sp. Seira polysperes n. sp. est caractérisée par sept soies mésothoraciques internes (zone 3A), une forte pilosité sur le tube ventral antérieur et une pigmentation variable qui ne s’inscrit pas dans les variations d’une espèce proche, Seira ferrarii Parona, 1888. Seira jacquemarti n. sp. se caractérise par sept macrochètes mésothoraciques sur la zone 1 (A + B) et par huit macrochètes abdominales sur la zone a, sur ces points la nouvelle espèce se différencie de Seira deserti Jacquemart, 1974. Seira yemenensis n. sp. ne porte pas de macrochètes sur l’Abd. I, de plus, elle présente une chétotaxie dorsale appauvrie. La pigmentation spécifique la sépare aisément des autres espèces. Seira humberti n. sp. possède une chétotaxie importante, la présence de 5 + 5 macrochètes sur l’Abd. I la distingue des espèces européennes avec des soies plus nombreuses sur ce segment. Seira sanaaensis n. sp. présente 5 + 5 macrochètes sur la zone c de l’Abd. IV, ce caractère et la faible pigmentation la différencient d’une espèce proche, Seira ferrarii Parona, 1888.

Last but not least. Finland and Denmark share the same views on how to develop EU-cooperation and strengthen the EU. In the current situation our primary aim should be to restore confidence in Europe. As a result of different solutions regarding the euro we have different starting points but a common interest in the development of the euro-zone. A close dialogue on these issues and the whole EU-agenda is in our mutual interest.

Lopuksi haluan vielä nostaa esiin erään erittäin tärkeän asian. Suomi ja Tanska ovat yksimielisiä siitä, kuinka EU-yhteistyötä kehitetään ja Euroopan unionia vahvistetaan. Nykytilanteessa ensisijaisena tavoitteenamme tulisi olla luottamuksen palauttaminen Eurooppaan. Euron suhteen tekemiemme ratkaisujen johdosta lähtökohtamme ovat erilaiset, mutta euroalueen kehittäminen on yhteinen intressimme. On molempien maiden etujen mukaista käydä tiivistä vuoropuhelua näistä ja kaikista EU:n asialistalla olevista aiheista.

A transition zone of 30 metres wide will exist between the Hoboken polder and the industrial sites as provided for in the GRUP (Regional Spatial Implementation Plan). Naftaweg will eventually disappear and will be replaced by a cycle path (‘fiets-o-strade’). Only R&D companies will be located along the H. polder. The zone for manufacturing companies lies behind this R&D zone (seen from the H. polder). This sequence of a transition zone, a zone for R&D companies and a manufacturing zone is to limit any impact on the fauna and flora to a minimum.

Zoals voorzien in het GRUP (Gewestelijk Ruimtelijk UitvoeringsPlan) is tussen de Hobokense Polder en het bedrijventerrein een overgangszone van 30m breed. De Naftaweg zal op termijn verdwijnen en worden vervangen door een fietspad (fiets-o-strade). Langsheen de H. Polder worden enkel O&O-bedrijven voorzien. De zone voor productiebedrijven ligt (gezien van de H. Polder) achter deze O&O-zone. Deze opeenvolging van overgangszone, zone voor O&O bedrijven en productiezone is net om de mogelijke impact op de fauna en flora tot een minimum te bespreken.
