Wie stark Identität in der öffentlichen Wahrnehmung als Produkt und Marke fungiert, zeigt Bouchet mit einer seiner wohl bekanntesten Serien – den Jacuzzis, die er seit 1998 ohne Auftrag für Prominente entwirft und nach ihnen benennt: Jude Law, Steffi Graf, Ted Turner oder Kofi Annan zum Beispiel. Die aus Pappe und Fiberglas hergestellten Bäder wirken modernistisch, sie sind Skulptur und Möbel zugleich. Wie jeder gewöhnliche Jacuzzi können sie in Betrieb genommen werden, doch ihre Form zwingt den Benutzer häufig in unbequeme oder bizarre Körperhaltungen. In ihrer rohen, improvisiert wirkenden Machart wirken sie geradezu anti-kommerziell – wie eine Favela-Version luxuriösen Lifestyles. Zugleich erinnern diese absurden Prototypen an die Körperlichkeit und Sterblichkeit der Personen, denen sie gewidmet sind und vermitteln eine fast bedrückende Intimität: Bouchet rückt den Namensgebern mit seinen individuellen Modellen zu nahe und nimmt ihnen mit seiner do it yourself-Haltung die Aura von Glamour und Unnahbarkeit.

Former UN Secretary General Kofi Annan described the Montreal Protocol as “Perhaps the single most successful international agreement to date” (United Nations, 2014).

Este acuerdo requería la eliminación gradual de químicos producidos por humanos que dañaban la capa de ozono. Después de varias adiciones y correcciones a lo largo de los años, en el año 2010, el Protocolo de Montreal se convirtió en el primer tratado internacional que fue firmado por todos los 196 miembros de las Naciones Unidas. El ex Secretario General de las Naciones Unidas Kofi Annan describió el Protocolo de Montreal como “quizás el acuerdo internacional mas exitoso hasta la fecha” (Naciones Unidas, 2014).
