By creating User Content through Outfit7 Applications, You expressly grant, and You represent and warrant that You have a right to grant to Outfit7 a royalty-free, sub-licensable, transferable, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, monetize, list information regarding, edit, translate, distribute, publicly perform, publicly display, and make derivative works of, and otherwise exploit, all such User Content, as well as Your name, user name, voice, and/or likeness as contained in Your User Content, in whole or in part, and in any form, media or technology, whether now known or hereafter developed, for use in connection with the Application and Outfit7’s (and its successors’ and affiliates’) business, including and without limitation for promoting and redistributing part or all of the Application (and any derivative works thereof) or any Outfit7 Application in any media formats and through any media collections and in connection with various advertisements, such as banner ads, mobile ads, and video ads. You also hereby grant each user of the Application a non-exclusive license to access Your User Content through the Application, and to use, reproduce, distribute, display, and perform such User Content as permitted through the functionality of the Application or the Internet and under this Agreement.

Vous octroyez aussi par la présente à chaque utilisateur de l'Application une licence non exclusive pour accéder à votre Contenu utilisateur via l'Application, et pour utiliser, reproduire, distribuer, afficher et exécuter un tel Contenu utilisateur, comme cela est permis via les fonctionnalités de l'Application ou Internet et conformément à ce Contrat.

Durch die Erstellung von Nutzerinhalten mithilfe von Outfit7-Anwendungen versichern und gewährleisten Sie, dass Sie ein Recht zur Lizenzgewährung haben, und Sie gewähren Outfit7 ausdrücklich eine unentgeltliche, durch Unterlizenz zuteilbare, übertragbare, dauerhafte, unwiderrufliche, nicht-exklusive, weltweite Lizenz zur Nutzung, Reproduktion, Modifizierung, Veröffentlichung, Monetarisierung, inhaltsbezogenen Informationsaufstellung, Bearbeitung, Übersetzung, Verbreitung, öffentlichen Aufführung, öffentlichen Darstellung und Erstellung von abgeleiteten Werken und sonstigen Verwertung jeglicher solcher Nutzerinhalte in ihrer Gesamtheit oder teilweise, sowie Ihres Namens, Ihrer Stimme und/oder Ihrer Abbilder insgesamt oder teilweise, welche in Ihren Nutzerinhalten enthalten sind, in jeglicher Form, Medien oder Technologie, seien sie derzeit bekannt oder werden später entwickelt, zur Verwendung im Zusammenhang mit der Anwendung und den Geschäftsaktivitäten von Outfit7 (und seinen Nachfolgern und Partnerunternehmen), einschließlich und ohne Einschränkung zur Werbung und Weiterverbreitung von Teilen oder der gesamten Anwendung (und daraus abgeleiteten Werken) oder sonstiger Anwendungen von Outfit7 in jeglichem Medienformat und mittels jeglicher Mediensammlungen und in Verbindung mit verschiedenen Werbemaßnahmen, z. B. Bannerwerbung, mobile Werbung und Videoanzeigen. Hiermit gewähren Sie auch jedem Nutzer der Anwendung eine nicht-exklusive Lizenz, um mittels der Anwendung auf Ihre Nutzerinhalte zuzugreifen, und solche Nutzerinhalte zu verwenden, zu reproduzieren, zu verbreiten, anzuzeigen und aufzuführen, so wie dies entsprechend der Funktionalität der Anwendung oder des Internets und gemäß dieser Vereinbarung zugelassen ist.

Al crear contenido de usuario a través de las Aplicaciones de Outfit7, Usted expresamente concede, demuestra y garantiza que Usted tiene el derecho para conceder a Outfit7 una licencia libre de canon, sublicenciable, transferible, perpetua, irrevocable, no exclusiva y mundial para utilizar, reproducir, modificar, publicar, monetizar, mostrar información relacionada, editar, traducir, distribuir, reproducir públicamente, exhibir públicamente y crear obras derivadas de y explotar de cualquier forma dicho contenido de usuario, así como su nombre, nombre de usuario, voz, y/o semejanza tal y como se incluye en su contenido de usuario, en todo o en parte, y en cualquier forma, dispositivo o tecnología, ya sean conocidos actualmente o desarrollados en el futuro, para su uso en conexión con la Aplicación y los negocios de Outfit7 (y sus sucesores y afiliados), incluidas, entre otras, la promoción y redistribución de parte o toda la Aplicación (y obras derivadas) o cualquier Aplicación de Outfit7 en cualquier formato y a través de cualquier colección de contenidos y en conexión con diferentes tipos de publicidad, tales como anuncios mediante letreros, en móviles o en vídeo. Usted también concede a cada usuario de la Aplicación una licencia no exclusiva para acceder a su contenido de usuario a través de la Aplicación, y para utilizar, reproducir, distribuir, mostrar y exhibir dicho contenido de usuario tal y como se permite a través de la funcionalidad de la Aplicación o de Internet y bajo este Acuerdo.

Creando Contenuti utente tramite le Applicazioni di Outfit7, l'Utente espressamente concede, e dichiara e garantisce di possedere il diritto di concedere, a Outfit7 una licenza a titolo gratuito, concedibile in sublicenza, trasferibile, perpetua, irrevocabile, non esclusiva, a livello mondiale, relativa all'utilizzo, riproduzione, modifica, pubblicazione, monetizzazione, elencazione di informazioni connesse, editing, traduzione, distribuzione, esecuzione ed esposizione in pubblico, nonché alla creazione di opere derivate o allo sfruttamento in altro modo di tali Contenuti utente, così come del proprio nome, voce e/o aspetto, nelle forme contenute negli stessi Contenuti utente, in tutto o in parte, tramite qualsiasi forma, supporto o tecnologia attualmente o in futuro disponibili, per il loro utilizzo in connessione con l'Applicazione e l'attività di Outfit7 (e dei suoi successori e affiliati), inclusi, ma non limitatamente a, la promozione e redistribuzione di parte o della totalità dell'Applicazione (e opere derivate) o di qualsiasi Applicazione di Outfit7 in qualsivoglia formato multimediale e attraverso qualsiasi raccolta multimediale e in connessione con vari tipi di annunci pubblicitari, come ad esempio banner, annunci per cellulari e annunci video. L'Utente concede inoltre a ogni utente dell'Applicazione una licenza non esclusiva ad accedere ai propri Contenuti utente tramite l'Applicazione stessa, nonché a utilizzare, riprodurre, distribuire, visualizzare ed eseguire tali Contenuti utente nei modi consentiti dalle funzionalità dell'Applicazione, da Internet, in conformità con le disposizioni del presente Contratto.

Ao criar Conteúdo do Usuário por meio dos Aplicativos da Outfit7, você concede expressamente e declara e garante que tem o direito de conceder à Outfit7 uma licença mundial, livre de royalties, sublicenciável, transferível, perpétua, irrevogável e não exclusiva para usar, reproduzir, modificar, publicar, monetizar, listar informações a respeito, editar, traduzir, distribuir, apresentar publicamente, exibir publicamente, criar obras derivadas e de qualquer outra forma explorar, todo o Conteúdo do Usuário, bem como o Seu nome, nome de usuário, voz e/ou imagem conforme contidos no seu Conteúdo do Usuário, integral ou parcialmente, e em qualquer forma, mídia ou tecnologia, quer conhecida atualmente, quer desenvolvida no futuro, para uso em conexão com o Aplicativo e os negócios da Outfit7 (e de suas sucessoras e afiliadas), incluindo, sem limitação, para a promoção e redistribuição parcial ou total do Aplicativo (e obras dele derivadas) ou qualquer Aplicativo da Outfit7 em quaisquer formatos de mídia e por meio de quaisquer coleções de mídia e em conexão com vários anúncios, tais como anúncios em banners, anúncios móveis e anúncios em vídeo. Por meio deste, você também cede a todos os usuários do Aplicativo uma licença não exclusiva para acessar o seu Conteúdo do Usuário por meio do Aplicativo e para usar, reproduzir, distribuir, exibir e apresentar tal Conteúdo do Usuário conforme permitido por meio das funcionalidades do Aplicativo ou da Internet e de acordo com este Contrato.

عند إنشائك محتوى مستخدم عبر تطبيقات Outfit7، فإنك صراحةً تمنح Outfit7، وتتعهد وتضمن أنك تملك الحق في منحها، ترخيصاً فرعيًا معفياً من العائد قابلاً للتحويل ومملوكاً لا يمكن إبطاله وغير حصري ودائماً لا رجعة فيه وعالمي لاستخدام أو إعادة إنتاج أو تعديل أو نشر أو تحقيق الدخل من أو ادراج المعلومات المتعلقة أو تحرير أو ترجمة أو توزيع أو التشغيل العلني أو العرض العلني أو إنشاء أعمال مشتقة، أو غير ذلك من أشكال استغلال، جميع محتويات المستخدم من هذا النوع، فضلاً عن اسمك و/أو اسم المستخدم الخاص بك و/أو صوتك و/أو ما شابه على النحو الوارد في محتوى المستخدم الخاص بك، كلياً أو جزئياً وبأي شكل إعلامي أو تقني سواءً المعروفة الآن أو التي يجري تطويرها فيما بعد، بغرض استخدامها فيما يتعلق بالتطبيق والأعمال التجارية لشركة Outfit7 (وخلفائها والشركات التابعة لها)، بما يتضمن - دون أن يقتصر على - غرض تعزيز وإعادة توزيع جزء من التطبيق أو التطبيق كله (وأي عمل مشتق منه) أو أيٍ من تطبيقات Outfit7 في أي شكل من أشكال الوسائط ومن خلال أي مجموعات وسائل الإعلام وفيما يرتبط بمختلف الإعلانات، مثل لافتات الإعلانات وإعلانات الجوال وإعلانات الفيديو. أيضًا أنت تمنح بموجب هذه الاتفاقية كل مستخدم للتطبيق ترخيصاً غير حصري للدخول إلى محتوى المستخدم الخاص بك عبر التطبيق، ولاستخدام مثل هذا المحتوى وإعادة إنتاجه وتوزيعه وعرضه وتشغيله وفقاً لما هو مسموح به عبر وظائف التطبيق أو الإنترنت وبموجب هذه الاتفاقية.
