El/la tutor/a li suggerirà a l’estudiant possibles temes pertanyents a l’àmbit temàtic i, una vegada concretat el tema, l’orientarà en la cerca de normativa, jurisprudència i bibliografia. Es preveu que, donades les característiques de l’objecte del dictamen, el TFM pugui estar codirigit per dos tutors/es pertanyents a àrees afins.

The student will choose the thematic field of the TFM and will develop the work under the direction of one/to tutor/to specialist in the juridical field chosen. The/the tutor/to him will suggest to the possible student pertaining subjects to the thematic field and, once concretised the subject, will orient him in the search of normative, jurisprudence and bibliography. It foresees that, given the characteristic of the object of the compulsorily, the TFM can be directed for two tutors/ pertaining to affine areas.

El estudiante escogerá el ámbito temático del TFM y desarrollará el trabajo bajo la dirección de uno/a tutor/a especialista en el ámbito jurídico escogido. Lo/la tutor/a le sugerirá al estudiante posibles temas pertenecientes al ámbito temático y, una vez concretado el tema, lo orientará en la busca de normativa, jurisprudencia y bibliografía. Se prevé que, dadas las características del objeto del dictamen, el TFM pueda estar codirigido por dos tutores/se pertenecientes a áreas afines.
