During the investigation, "the Company" Customer restrict access to the network to prevent further violations. If you find that a client has violated the SPAM policy, RSI Systems may, in their view, restrict, suspend or terminate the account in question. Additionally, "the Company" reserves the right to sue for relief for any costs associated with the investigation of a confirmed violation of policies and inform the legal authorities if the violation is a criminal offense.
