O importante trabalho de restauro ajudou a trazer à luz algumas arquitecturas excluídas em reestruturações anteriores, como colunas de granito do bar e do lobby e o antigo elevador. O cuidadoso restauro de obras monumentais, de actualização, modernização tecnológica e regulamentar devolveram ao Grand Hotel et de Milan o seu esplendor original, mantendo intacto o antigo encanto de residência nobre do séc.

The beginning of the 1970s witnessed the boom of the Italian “pret à porter”. On this occasion, the Hotel opened officially to the fashion world. Ferré and his producer Mattioli used the Hotel for their first defile. Many others were “baptized” here before undertaking the road towards celebrity. This was the beginning of the high life with concert-tea events at 5 o'clock, the traditional cocktails on December 7th, on the occasion of La Scala opening, and Great Galas on New Year's Eve.

L’important travail de conservation a permis de ramener à la lumière des architectures qui avait été effacées par les rénovations précédentes, comme les colonnes de granit du bar et du hall, ainsi que l’ancien ascenseur. Le travail attentif de restauration des parties monumentales, de remise en fonction, d’adaptation technologique et normatif, ont ramené le Grand Hotel et de Milan à sa splendeur originale, en conservant son charme antique de demeure milanaise noble du dix-neuvième siècle.

Durch die wichtige Restrukturierungssarbeit konnten einige, bei den vorherigen Renovierungen beseitigte Strukturen wiederhergestellt werden, wie zum Beispiel die Granitsäulen der Bar und der Halle und der antike Fahrstuhl. Durch die aufmerksame Restauration der monumentalen Teile, die Wiederinbetriebnahme, die technologische und normative Anpassung hat das Grand Hotel et de Milan seinen ursprünglichen Glanz zurückerobert und den antiken Zauber eines mailänder Adelswohnsitzes des neunzehnten Jahrhunderts bewahrt.

El importante trabajo de restauración conservativa ha permitido el resplandecer de algunas arquitecturas borradas por las restauraciones antecedentes: como las columnas de granito del bar , del hall y del antiguo elevador. El cuidadoso trabajo de restauración de las partes monumentales, de renovación funcional, de actualización tecnológica y reglamentaria regresaron el Grand Hotel et de Milan a su esplendor originario, conservando intacto el antiguo encanto de morada arisctocrática milanes del siglo XIX.
