Musíme pusobit v rámci hnutí pracujících, abychom predešli jeho omezení na výlucné sledování malých zlepšení slucitelných s kapitalistickým systémem; a musíme jednat takovým zpusobem, aby to prispelo k príprave na úplnou spolecenskou premenu. Musíme pracovat s neorganizovanými a patrne neorganizovatelnými masami k povzbuzení ducha vzpoury, touhy a nadeje po svobodném a štastném živote. Musíme iniciovat a podporovat všechna hnutí, která mají sklony oslabovat síly státu a kapitalismu a zvyšovat duševní úroven a hmotné podmínky pracujících. Musíme strucne receno pripravovat ostatní i sebe na revolucní cin, který otevre cestu do budoucnosti.

Está prevista asimismo la presencia de oficiales de derechos humanos en Kabul para fortalecer la capacidad del Gobierno en el ámbito de la justicia de transición a fin de garantizar la puesta en marcha del Plan de Acción de Paz, Reconciliación y Justicia de Afganistán, y contribuir a acabar con la impunidad. Se celebrarán consultas con las partes interesadas en las regiones; se promoverá la ejecución del Plan de Acción; y se sentarán las bases para abrir una posible investigación sobre fosas comunas.

In addition, OHCHR serviced the mandate of the Independent Expert on the human rights situation in Afghanistan , which was discontinued at the 61 st session of the Human Rights Commission in 2005. At that session, the High Commissioner was given the mandate for monitoring and reporting on the human rights situation in Afghanistan to the next sessions of the General Assembly and the Commission on Human Rights. The new Human Rights Council at its resumed second session requested for the High Commissioner to continue monitoring the human rights situation in Afghanistan and to regularly report to the Council paying special attention to the rights of women and the achievements of technical assistance in the field of human rights.

En outre, le HCDH reprend le mandat de l’Expert indépendant sur la situation des droits de l’homme en Afghanistan, qui a été suspendu lors de la 61ème session de la Commission des droits de l’homme en 2005. A cette session, le Haut-Commissaire a été chargé de surveiller la situation des droits de l’homme en Afghanistan et de faire rapport aux prochaines sessions de l’Assemblée générale et de la Commission des droits de l’homme. Le nouveau Conseil des droits de l’homme, lors de sa 2ème session, a prié le Haut-Commissaire de poursuivre la surveillance de la situation des droits de l’homme en Afghanistan et de présenter régulièrement des rapports au Conseil, en tenant particulièrement compte des droits des femmes et des résultats obtenus grâce à l’assistance technique dans le domaine des droits de l’homme.
