Through submitting a legally valid and signed power of attorney, the principal cardholder (the principal) empowers the stated third party(ies) (the assignee(s)) to fully represent them within the scope of the rights and obligations / responsibilities pursuant to the valid general terms and conditions for credit cards of Credit Suisse AG.

En remettant le formulaire de procuration valablement signé, le titulaire de la carte principale (mandant) autorise le[s] tiers qui y est [sont] nommé[s] (mandataire[s]) à entièrement le représenter dans le cadre de ses droits et de ses devoirs ou obligations conformément aux Conditions générales en vigueur pour les cartes de crédit du Credit Suisse. Les procurations données ne peuvent être révoquées que par écrit et restent valables même après le décès du mandant.

Durch Einreichen des rechtsgültig unterzeichneten Vollmachtsformulars ermächtigt der Hauptkarteninhaber (Vollmachtgeber) den (die) darin benannten Dritten (Bevollmächtigte[r]), ihn im Rahmen seiner Rechte und Pflichten bzw. Obliegenheiten gemäss den geltenden Allgemeinen Geschäftsbedingungen für Kreditkarten der Credit Suisse AG umfassend zu vertreten. Erteilte Vollmachten können nur schriftlich widerrufen werden und gelten auch über den Tod des Vollmachtgebers hinaus.

Consegnando il modulo di procura con firma legalmente valida, il titolare della carta principale (mandante) autorizza la terza persona qui indicata (procuratore), a rappresentarlo globalmente nell’ambito dei suoi diritti e doveri od obblighi ai sensi delle Condizioni generali vigenti delle carte di credito del Credit Suisse AG. Le procure conferite si possono revocare solo per iscritto e restano in vigore anche dopo il decesso del mandante.
