IT: Creo que la educación superior tiene al menos tres funciones principales en la Agenda 2030: 1. proporcionar a los responsables políticos y a las ONG mediante investigaciones sobre los SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), y en particular en el SDG4 la cual, como asistente a la tarea inconclusa de la Educación para Todos (EFA), observa los temas de educación actuales y futuros. 2. Enseñar a la próxima generación de graduados para que sean conocedores de la SDG mediante la sensibilización y el desarrollo de las actividades de creación de capacidad en los SGDs en todos los cursos y disciplinas. 3. Proporcionar servicios de extensión con el apoyo de los estudiantes para resolver los problemas específicos de la comunidad local. El mejor camino a seguir sería, en mi opinión, que cada institución de educación superior aportara menos un objetivo en el que tiene experiencia e interés, y desarrollara actividades concretas con su comunidad y más allá.

Son organizaciones integradas a estructural vertical y como tales ofrecen un vínculo único entre el nivel global y nacional sobre cuestiones relacionadas con la protección social y los derechos del niño. Desde su posición, los sindicatos pueden vigilar y tomar medidas directas para prevenir el trabajo infantil, retirar a los niños del trabajo y proponer alternativas como una educación de calidad y la preparación para el mundo laboral adulto. Las organizaciones de docentes a nivel nacional e internacional tienen un papel esencial en el fomento de la Educación para Todos (EPT). Por último, la Confederación Sindical Internacional (CSI) y la Unión Internacional de los Trabajadores de la alimentación, Agrícolas, Hoteles, Restaurantes, Tabaco y Afines (UITA) siguen desempeñando un papel central en la promoción de la erradicación del trabajo infantil dentro del debate sobre derechos humanos y desarrollo.
