An ongoing exchange of information ensures our access to the most recent and reliable research. The research results are incorporated into the product development and the manufacture of the product takes place in the newest facilities. As an example, fish food tins are filled and sealed under nitrogen gas, so as not diminish the high quality of the food by any exposure to air. We rely on state-of-the-art technology, when choosing a packaging system/the packaging too. Instead of a simple aluminium foil to seal the food tins we use a dedicated compound foil, with plastic to seal the food and a vaporised aluminium coating on the outside. This aluminium coating is both light repellent and gastight, but the food never comes into contact with it (as this could lead to health issues). Without such forethought it wouldn’t be JBL quality!

Un continuo scambio di informazioni forma la base necessaria per disporre delle più recenti e sicure conoscenze nel campo della ricerca. Un contributo prezioso è rappresentato dalle spedizioni di ricerca JBL che, fornendo sia osservazioni naturalistiche sia nuovi e spesso sconosciuti dati sui biotopi, confermano o a volte smentiscono anche le informazioni esistenti. I risultati delle ricerche vengono utilizzati nello sviluppo dei prodotti e applicati nei modernissimi impianti di produzione. Per esempio le scatole del mangime per i pesci vengono riempite e sigillate nelle scatole con del gas nitrogeno per mantenere alta la qualità che si perderebbe se il mangime venisse a contatto con l’aria. Anche nella scelta delle confezioni sfruttiamo la tecnologia ad arte: invece di sigillare i barattoli dei mangimi con una semplice pellicola di alluminio, utilizziamo una pellicola multistrato. Il lato di plastica sigilla il mangime mentre lo strato di alluminio resta all’esterno, proteggendolo dalla luce e sigillando i barattoli ermeticamente contro i gas. Questo impedisce inoltre che l’alluminio, non salutare, entri in contatto con il mangime. Solo così si può assicurare l’alta qualità JBL!

Door de JBL onderzoeksexpedities kunnen onschatbare biotoopgegevens en observaties worden toegevoegd, die niet zo eenvoudig voorhanden zijn, beschikbare informatie bevestigen en soms tegenspreken. De onderzoeksresultaten worden doorgevoerd in de productontwikkeling en worden in de modernste productievestigingen uitgevoerd. Örneğin üstün kaliteli balık yemleri havayla temas ederek bozulmaması için azot atmosferi altında kutulara doldurulur ve kapatılır. Ambalaj seçiminde de en son teknoloji kullanılır: Yem kutularının ağzının kapatılması için basit alüminyum folyo yerine, plastiği sayesinde yeme sızdırmazlık sağlayan özel bileşimli bir folyo kullanılır. Folyonun dış kısmına uygulanan vakum metalize kaplama (yemin sağlığa zararlı alüminyum ile doğrudan temasını engellemek için) kutuyu ışıktan ve gaz sızıntılarından korur. Üstün JBL kalitesi ancak bu şekilde sağlanır!

An ongoing exchange of information ensures our access to the most recent and reliable research. The JBL research expeditions make invaluable biotope data and live observations available, which can confirm or even negate existing information. The research results are incorporated into the product development and the manufacture of the product takes place in the newest facilities. As an example, fish food tins are filled and sealed under nitrogen gas, so as not diminish the high quality of the food by any exposure to air. We rely on state-of-the-art technology, when choosing a packaging system/the packaging too. Instead of a simple aluminium foil to seal the food tins we use a dedicated compound foil, with plastic to seal the food and a vaporised aluminium coating on the outside. This aluminium coating is both light repellent and gastight, but the food never comes into contact with it (as this could lead to health issues). Without such forethought it wouldn’t be JBL quality!

Un continuo scambio di informazioni forma la base necessaria per disporre delle più recenti e sicure conoscenze nel campo della ricerca. Un contributo prezioso è rappresentato dalle spedizioni di ricerca JBL che, fornendo sia osservazioni naturalistiche sia nuovi e spesso sconosciuti dati sui biotopi, confermano o a volte smentiscono anche le informazioni esistenti. I risultati delle ricerche vengono utilizzati nello sviluppo dei prodotti e applicati nei modernissimi impianti di produzione. Per esempio le scatole del mangime per i pesci vengono riempite e sigillate nelle scatole con del gas nitrogeno per mantenere alta la qualità che si perderebbe se il mangime venisse a contatto con l’aria. Anche nella scelta delle confezioni sfruttiamo la tecnologia ad arte: invece di sigillare i barattoli dei mangimi con una semplice pellicola di alluminio, utilizziamo una pellicola multistrato. Il lato di plastica sigilla il mangime mentre lo strato di alluminio resta all’esterno, proteggendolo dalla luce e sigillando i barattoli ermeticamente contro i gas. Questo impedisce inoltre che l’alluminio, non salutare, entri in contatto con il mangime. Solo così si può assicurare l’alta qualità JBL!

Een constante informatiewisseling biedt de nodige basis om over de meest actuele en zekere onderzoeksinformatie te kunnen beschikken. Door de JBL onderzoeksexpedities kunnen onschatbare biotoopgegevens en observaties worden toegevoegd, die niet zo eenvoudig voorhanden zijn, beschikbare informatie bevestigen en soms tegenspreken. De onderzoeksresultaten worden doorgevoerd in de productontwikkeling en worden in de modernste productievestigingen uitgevoerd. Zo wordt bijv. visvoer middels stikstof in de verpakkingen gedaan en verzegeld, zodat de hoge kwaliteit niet door contact met de buitenlucht verminderd wordt. Ook bij de keuze van de verpakking wordt de modernste technologie ingezet: in plaats van een simpele aluminiumfolie wordt een speciale compositiefolie gebruikt voor het verzegelen en een aluminiumvapor aan de buitenkant (om te vermijden dat het voer direct met het gezondheidsproblematische aluminium in contact komt) schermt de verpakking tegen licht af en versluit gasdicht. Alleen zo wordt de hoge JBL kwaliteit gewaarborgd!

Постоянный обмен информацией образует необходимую основу для получения самых последних и надёжных исследовательских сведений. Благодаря научно-исследовательским экспедициям JBL добавляются бесценные данные от наблюдения биотопов в природе, которые либо ещё не доступны, либо подтверждают или опровергают имеющуюся информацию. Результаты исследований затем интегрируются в разработке продукта и реализуются в современных производственных мощностях. Так, например, баночка с кормом для рыб заполнена газообразным азотом и загерметизирована, чтобы высокое качество не снизилось из-за контакта с воздухом. При выборе упаковки учитываются новейшие технологии: вместо простой алюминиевой фольги баночки запечатываются специальной композитной плёнкой, у которой пластик запечатывает баночку, а алюминиевое напыление с внешней стороны (чтобы корм не контактировал с небезопасным для здоровья алюминием) защищает от света и герметично закрывает баночку. Только в этом случае гарантировано высокое качество JBL!
