Debemos alentar a los trabajadores a tomar posesión de los medios de producción (tierras, minas, fábricas y talleres, medios de transporte, etc.) y de las reservas de bienes manufacturados; a organizar inmediatamente, por sí mismos, una distribución equitativa de los bienes de consumo, y al mismo tiempo, suplir los productos para el intercambio entre regiones y comunas, para la continuación e intensificación de la producción y de todos los servicios útiles para el público.

Today we must deepen, develop and propagate our ideas and coordinate our forces in a common action. We must act within the labour movement to prevent it being limited to and corrupted by the exclusive pursuit of small improvements compatible with the capitalist system; and we must act in such a way that it contributes to preparing for a complete social transformation. We must work with the unorganised, and perhaps unorganisable, masses to awaken the spirit of revolt and the desire and hope for a free and happy life. We must initiate and support all movements that tend to weaken the forces of the State and of capitalism and to raise the mental level and material conditions of the workers. We must, in short, prepare, and prepare ourselves, morally and materially, for the revolutionary act which will open the way to the future.

Noi dobbiamo, oggi, approfondire, sviluppare e propagare le nostre idee, e coordinare le nostre forze per un'azione comune. Dobbiamo agire in mezzo al movimento operaio per impedire che esso si limiti e si corrompa nella ricerca esclusiva dei piccoli miglioramenti compatibili col sistema capitalistico, e far in modo ch'esso serva di preparazione alla completa trasformazione sociale. Dobbiamo lavorare in mezzo alle masse inorganizzate e forse inorganizzabili per svegliare in essere lo spirito di rivolta ed il desiderio e la speranza di una vita libera e felice. Dobbiamo iniziare e secondare tutti i possibili movimenti che tendono ad indebolire le forze dello Stato e dei capitalisti e ad elevare il livello morale e le condizioni materiali dei lavoratori. Dobbiamo insomma prepararci e preparare, moralmente e materialmente, per l'atto rivoluzionario che deve aprire la via all'avvenire.

Dnes musíme prohlubovat, rozvíjet a propagovat naše myšlenky a koordinovat naše síly ve spolecné akci. Musíme pusobit v rámci hnutí pracujících, abychom predešli jeho omezení na výlucné sledování malých zlepšení slucitelných s kapitalistickým systémem; a musíme jednat takovým zpusobem, aby to prispelo k príprave na úplnou spolecenskou premenu. Musíme pracovat s neorganizovanými a patrne neorganizovatelnými masami k povzbuzení ducha vzpoury, touhy a nadeje po svobodném a štastném živote. Musíme iniciovat a podporovat všechna hnutí, která mají sklony oslabovat síly státu a kapitalismu a zvyšovat duševní úroven a hmotné podmínky pracujících. Musíme strucne receno pripravovat ostatní i sebe na revolucní cin, který otevre cestu do budoucnosti.
