Schon im Jahr 1902 legte der Großvater Eugenio Schuler diesen Garten an: als einen mediterranen, terrassenförmig ansteigenden Garten, mit Palmen, Zitrusfrüchten, Rosmarin, Salbei und schattenspendenden Pergolen und Pavillons. Schon damals überragte die inzwischen mehr als 20 Meter hohe Pinie das Grundstück.

El jardín preserva el proyecto originario del abuelo Schuler Eugenio de 1902 hecho por caminos estrechos, pérgolas, palmeras, columnados, agrios, cipreses, y plantas exóticas. Ya en aquella época el jardín estaba caracterizado por el enorme pinus pinea, que hoy en dia con sus 20 metros de altura, puede que sea el árbol de más larga vida de Taormina.

L’ esuberante parco a terrazzamenti conserva tutt’oggi l’impianto originario ideato dal nonno Schuler Eugenio nel 1902 ed è caratterizzato da sentieri bordati, pergole e colonnati, da palme, agrumi, cipressi, kentie, yucche e piante esotiche. Già allora il parco era dominato da un enorme pinus pinea che oggi, con i suoi 20 metri di altezza, è probabilmente l’albero più longevo di Taormina.

O luxuriante parque em socalcos conserva ainda hoje o traçado original idealizado pelo avô Schuler Eugenio em 1902 e é caracterizado por trilhos delimitados, pérgulas e colunatas, palmeiras, árvores de citrinos, ciprestes, kentias, iúcas e plantas exóticas. Já então, o parque era dominado por uma enorme pinus pinea que hoje, com os seus 20 metros de altura, é provavelmente a árvore mais antiga de Taormina.

De terrasvormige tuin werd reeds in 1902 door grootvader Eugenio Schuler aangelegd, met palm- en citrusbomen, rosemarijn, salie en een pergola. Toen al torende de intussen meer als 20 meter hoge pijnboom boven de rest uit. Met zijn ongeveer 200 jaar is het de oudste boom van Taormina.

Буйные террасы парка до сих пор сохраняют свой первоначальный вид, который был разработан дедом Евгением Шулером в 1902 году, когда он очертил границы, разместил шпалеры и колонны, пальмы, цитрусовые деревья, кипарисы, кентии, юкки и экзотические растения.
