Εξετάζουμε πιθανούς μηχανισμούς δια των οποίων τέτοιες εκφυλιστικές διεργασίες μπορεί να ξεκινήσουν στο νευρικό σύστημα, με την ελπίδα ότι, εάν αυτοί οι μηχανισμοί ταυτοποιηθούν, μπορεί να αποτελέσουν θεραπευτικούς στόχους. Οι παθοφυσιολογικοί μηχανισμοί που διερευνώνται είναι η ανώμαλη αναδίπλωση και συσσωμάτωση πρωτεϊνών, η δημιουργία και η απομάκρυνση εγκλείστων, η δυσλειτουργία συστημάτων αποικοδόμησης πρωτεϊνών, η συναπτική δυσλειτουργία και ο νευρωνικός θάνατος. Αυτές οι διεργασίες αποτελούν κοινά στοιχεία στις νευροεκφυλιστικές αυτές ασθένειες. Η ερευνητική ομάδα του εργαστηρίου είναι περισσότερο εστιασμένη στην παθογένεια της νόσου Πάρκινσον και ειδικότερα στην διαλεύκανση της σύνδεσης ανάμεσα σε συγκεκριμένα γενετικά ελλείμματα και τη νόσο. Οι προσεγγίσεις συμπεριλαμβάνουν, από μελέτη βιολογικού υλικού ασθενών με νόσο Πάρκινσον, μέχρι κυτταρικά και ζωικά μοντέλα. Τα μοντέλα βασίζονται κατά κανόνα σε γενετικές διαταραχές που συνδέονται με τη νόσο Πάρκινσον, αλλά συμπεριλαμβάνουν επίσης τα πιο κλασσικά μοντέλα νευροτοξινών που καταστρέφουν επιλεκτικά τη μέλαινα ουσία, όπως το μοντέλο του MPTP. Βιοχημικά μονοπάτια που ταυτοποιούνται σε τέτοια μοντέλα εξετάζονται κατόπιν σε βιολογικό υλικό ασθενών, ενώ μελέτες από το βιολογικό υλικό των ασθενών χρησιμοποιούνται για την ανάπτυξη καινούργιων μοντέλων.

Pourtant, je continue de recevoir mon chèque de paie toutes les deux semaines parce que ma réduction salariale est étalée sur une période de 52 semaines. C'est super de pouvoir passer du temps avec les enfants sans puiser dans mes journées de vacances que je réserve pour Noël, le congé de mars, les journées pédagogiques, les rendez-vous, etc. J'ai deux enfants, et je ne sais pas ce que je ferais sans les congés avec étalement du revenu.

Dabei stehen Parkinson und Multiple System Atrophie, für die es keine an den Ursachen ansetzende Behandlung gibt, im Mittelpunkt. Das Projekt hat eine Laufzeit von 48 Monaten und erhielt € 5,99 Mio. von der EU. Die AFFiRiS AG, Wien, Österreich, koordiniert das anspruchsvolle wissenschaftliche Programm des Projekts und wird dabei von Biolution im Projektmanagement unterstützt. Zu den Projektpartnern zählen fünf Universitäten und drei KMUs.

Произведена оценка химических параметров среды, при которых могли быть сформированы рудопроявления самородной меди Волыно-Подольской плиты (ВПП). Показано, что условия, благоприятные для формирования магматической меди, были реализованы при дифференциации и кристаллизации расплавов вендских толеитовых базальтов. Накопление автометасоматической меди связано с растворами-расплавами, обогащенными кремнеземом, калием, железом. Подобные расплавы формировались на конечных стадиях дифференциации расплавов, образовавших ратненские базальты. Сопоставление физико-химических параметров формирования медных рудопроявлений парагидротермального этапа и условий дифференциации расплавов Припятского прогиба (ПП) в девоне позволяет выдвинуть предположение, что отложение меди происходило синхронно образованию вулканогенно-осадочной толщи Припятского прогиба. В мантии ВПП представлены алмазоносные парагенезисы, образованные 2,0-1,75 млрд лет назад. В процессе активизации ВПП 0,5-0,6 млрд лет назад на глубине 150-200 км слой плавления отсутствовал. Поэтому можно говорить о высокой перспективности территории (северная часть западного склона Украинского щита-Припятский вал (ПВ)-северная часть ВПП) для поисков коренных месторождений алмазов.

In der Arbeitsgruppe von Jun.-Prof. Nörtershäuser (Uni Mainz) steht seit sechs Jahren ein optischer Frequenzkamm der Firma Menlo-Systems aus München zur Verfügung, der bereits vielfach für Experimente eingesetzt wurde.
