Folgende Voraussetzungen müssen erfüllt sein: Ein breitbandiger Internetanschluss (min. ADSL oder Kabelnetz) mit entsprechender Software (Mediaplayer oder ähnliche), ein kostenpflichtiges Abo bei einem Anbieter von Fernsehprogrammen via Internet (Bluewin, Cablecom TV, etc.) oder eine Registrierung bei einem Anbieter von kostenlosem Zugang zu Internetfernsehen (z.B. Zattoo).

Technical developments made it necessary to introduce new regulations regarding the reception of programme services on multifunctional devices. Since 1 September 2008, free registration with an internet television provider has also been accompanied by the obligation to pay fees. The following conditions must be met: a broadband internet connection (min. ADSL or cable network) with corresponding software (Media Player or similar), a charged-for subscription with a provider of television programme services via the internet (Bluewin, Cablecom TV, etc.) or registration with a provider of free access to internet television (e.g. Zattoo). The conditions which involve an obligation to pay fees in respect of radio programme services remain unchanged (a broadband internet connection such as ISDN or higher and corresponding software such as Media Player, Real Player or similar installed).

Le développement technique a rendu nécessaire une nouvelle réglementation de la réception de programmes avec des appareils multifonctionnels. Depuis le 1er janvier 2008, l'enregistrement gratuit chez un fournisseur de programmes de télévision par l'internet entraîne aussi une obligation de payer la redevance. Les conditions suivantes doivent être remplies: un raccordement internet à large bande (min. ADSL ou réseau câblé) avec un logiciel spécifique (Mediaplayer ou autre), un abonnement payant auprès d'un fournisseur de programmes de télévision par l'internet (Bluewin, Cablecom TV, etc.) ou un enregistrement auprès d'un fournisseur offrant un accès gratuit à des programmes de télévision (p. ex. Zattoo). Les conditions relatives au paiement de la redevance radio demeurent inchangées (accès internet à large bande tel que ISDN au minimum et logiciel spécifique comme Mediaplayer, Real Player ou autre).

L'evoluzione della tecnica ha reso necessario fissare nuove disposizioni per la ricezione di programmi tramite apparecchi multifunzionali. Con effetto al 1° gennaio 2008 sottostanno all'obbligo di pagare il canone anche gli utenti registrati gratuitamente presso un fornitore per la ricezione di programmi televisivi via Internet. Occorre comunque che siano riunite le seguenti condizioni: possedere una connessione a banda larga (ADSL o rete via cavo), un software per la ricezione di programmi (Mediaplayer o simili) ed avere sottoscritto un abbonamento a pagamento presso un Internet provider che offre anche programmi televisivi (Bluewin, Cablecom TV, ecc.) o essere registrati gratuitamente (per es. presso Zattoo) per usufruire del servizio di TV via Internet. Per quanto riguarda la ricezione dei programmi radiofonici non si segnalano novità di rilievo (accesso a Internet a banda larga, tramite ISDN o opzioni più veloci, e software specifico per la ricezione di programmi, come Mediaplayer, Realplayer, ecc.).
