El galardón fue entregado por Georges Husni, Jacques Mallard, Ioannis Theodorou, Gérard Heim de Balsac de la Academia Internacional de Gastronomia, Rafael Ansón como Presidente de la Real Academia Española de Gastronomía, Joan Ras Presidente de la Academia Catalana de Gastronomía y otros miembros de las citadas entidades.
