Dans le cadre de la volonté affichée par la Slovénie de promouvoir de meilleures conditions de travail, l'institut Ekvilib a lancé la septième édition annuelle consécutive de son projet de certificat d'entreprise favorable aux familles. Selon le directeur de l'institut Ekvilib, Aleš Kranjc Kušlan, le certificat établit des normes dans le domaine de la responsabilité sociale des entreprises en encourageant une coopération systématique avec les employés ainsi que la création de pratiques de travail axées sur la famille, au bénéfice de tous. Als Teil der slowenischen Bemühungen, bessere Arbeitsbedingungen zu schaffen, startete das Ekvilib-Institut das siebte Jahr in Folge seine Zertifizierungsinitiative für familienfreundliche Unternehmen.
