There’s definitely a different feel for this part of Lincoln’s story. It’s more internal, there are points you’re hearing Lincoln talk to himself as he hunts for clues. More importantly, he’s not in full control of this situation – and there are times when he won’t even know what’s real and what isn’t. Unlike the one-man war that Lincoln wages against the Marcanos, he doesn’t have an inside line. No knowledge of The Ensanglante or what they do. He’s trying to piece things together at the same time as the player.

L'atmosphère de cet aspect de l'histoire de Lincoln est vraiment différente. Elle est plus personnelle. À certains moments, on voit même Lincoln parler tout seul pendant qu'il cherche des indices. Très important, ce n'est pas lui qui contrôle la situation. Il aura même du mal à faire la part des choses entre réalité et imaginaire. Contrairement à sa guerre personnelle contre les Marcano, Lincoln ne suit pas de directive intérieure. Il ne sait rien des Ensanglantés ni de ce qu'ils font. Il rassemble les pièces du puzzle en même temps que le joueur.

Dieser Teil von Lincolns Geschichte fühlt sich definitiv ungewöhnlich an. Es geht um einen inneren Kampf, an manchen Stellen werden wir Zeuge, wie Lincoln auf seiner Suche nach Hinweisen mit sich selbst spricht. Noch wichtiger ist, dass er nicht die Kontrolle über diese Situation hat, und manchmal nicht einmal genau weiß, was real ist und was nicht. Anders als bei seinem Ein-Mann-Feldzug gegen die Marcanos hat Lincoln hier keine Insider-Informationen, keine Ahnung, wer Ensanglante ist oder was sie tun. Er muss seine Puzzlesteine zur gleichen Zeit zusammensetzen wie der Spieler.

Lo más importante es que no controla totalmente la situación y hay momentos en que no sabe qué es real y qué no. Al contrario que la guerra personal que Lincoln libra contra los Marcano, aquí no se enfrenta a algo conocido. No sabe quiénes son los Ensanglante ni qué hacen. Intenta juntar las piezas a la vez que el jugador.

Questa parte della storia di Lincoln suscita emozioni totalmente diverse. È un viaggio più interiore, ci sono momenti in cui Lincoln parla da solo mentre cerca indizi. La cosa più importante, però, è che non ha il pieno controllo della situazione, e ci saranno momenti in cui non saprà distinguere la realtà dalla finzione. Diversamente dalla sua guerra solitaria contro i Marcano, Lincoln stavolta è solo. Non sa nulla degli Insanguinati e non conosce le loro intenzioni. Cerca di mettere insieme i pezzi assieme al giocatore stesso.

今回のストーリーからは、きっとこれまでとは違う雰囲気が感じられることでしょう。今回はより内面的な物語が展開され、手がかりを探し求める中でプレイヤーは、幾度となくリンカーンの独白を耳にすることになります。さらに今回の彼は、状況を自分でコントロールできません。それどころか、何が現実で何がそうでないかすら判然としない場合さえあります。マルカーノ・ファミリーに対する“一人きりの戦争”と違い、今回の彼には指標となるものがありません。アンサングラントとは何で、何をしようとしているのかも分からない中、リンカーンは（そしてプレイヤーは）、謎を解き明かすべく事にあたるのです。

Ta część opowieści o Lincolnie stanowczo ma wydźwięk odmienny od reszty. Jest bardziej introspekcyjna, a czasem nawet słychać, jak Lincoln mówi do siebie, szukając wskazówek. Co więcej, nie panuje w pełni nad sytuacją. Czasem sam traci kontakt z rzeczywistością. W przeciwieństwie do wendetty przeciwko rodzinie Marcano, tutaj Lincoln nie ma odniesienia do przeszłości. Nie wie, czym jest sekta Ensanglante, ani co robi. Wspólnie z graczem stara się połączyć wszystkie wątki.

Эта часть истории Линкольна действительно ощущается по-другому. Она обращена больше внутрь: иногда вы будете слышать внутренние монологи Линкольна, когда он ищет улики. Мало того, он не полностью контролирует ситуацию, а в некоторые моменты даже не знает, что реально, а что нет. И, в отличие от войны с Маркано, у Линкольна нет своей разведки. Он ничего не знает ни об Энсангланте, ни об их деятельности. Он узнает правду одновременно с вами.
