przez ubezpieczonego, któremu udzielane są świadczenia obejmujące pobyt w domach dla osób niepełnosprawnych, w domach dla seniorów, domach o specjalnej procedurze lub w placówkach szpitalnych, jeżeli w przypadku tego ubezpieczonego po zapłacie za pobyt i wyżywienie pozostaje mu kwota w wysokości co najmniej 15 % jego dochodu mniej niż 800 CZK lub jeżeli nie ma żadnego dochodu; ten fakt wykazuje ubezpieczony, przedkładając potwierdzenie nie starsze niż 30 dni, które na jego prośbę ma obowiązek wydać udzielający świadczeń socjalnych.

wenn es sich um einen Versicherten handelt, dem gemäß einer anderen Rechtsvorschrift soziale Leistungen zum Aufenthalt in einem Heim für Menschen mit gesundheitlicher Beeinträchtigung, in einem Seniorenheim, in einem Heim für Menschen mit besonderen Bedürfnissen oder in der Bettenabteilung einer Gesundheitseinrichtung gewährt werden, sofern bei diesem Versicherten nach Deckung der Kosten für Unterkunft und Verpflegung der festgelegte Restbetrag in der Höhe von mindestens 15 % seines Einkommens weniger als 800 Kč beträgt oder sofern er über kein Einkommen verfügt; diese Tatsache bestätigt der Versicherte mit einer Bescheinigung, die nicht älter als 30 Tage sein darf und die er dem Gesundheitsdienstleister vorzulegen hat.

en el caso de un asegurado que recibe ayudas sociales para la vivienda en centros para discapacitados, en centros para personas mayores, en centros con un régimen propio o en centros médicos de ingreso, si después de pagar el alojamiento y las comidas tiene un saldo fijo de al menos el 15% de sus ingresos por debajo de las 800 coronas checas, o bien si no tiene ingresos. El asegurado puede demostrar esta situación mediante un certificado que no exceda los 30 días y que es obligatorio entregar al suministrador de los servicios sociales en el momento de realizar la solicitud.

في حالة الشخص المؤمن عليه الذي يحصل على الخدمات الاجتماعية السكنية في بيوت المعوقين أو دور المسنين أو المنازل ذات الأغراض الخاصة أو في مؤسسات الرعاية، بشرط أن يكون لدى الشخص المؤمن عليه، بعد دفع ثمن السكن والغذاء، رصيد ثابت من ما لا يقل عن 15 في المائة من دخله يقل عن 800 كرونة تشيكية أو في حال لا دخل له؛ يتم إثبات هذه الحقيقة من قبل الشخص المؤمن عليه من خلال وثيقة تأكيد لا تزيد عن 30 يوما، والتي بناء على طلبه يلتزم أن تصدر من قبل مزود الخدمات الاجتماعية.

În cazul unui asigurat care, în conformitate cu o altă legislație/prevedere, are dreptul la prestații sociale de ședere într-o locuință pentru persoanele cu dizabilități, într-o cămin de bătrâni, într-o locuință pentru persoanele cu nevoi speciale sau în secția de paturi a unei instituții medicale în cazul persoanelor asigurate, după acoperirea costurilor de cazare și mese, suma reziduală fixă de cel puțin 15% din venitul lor este mai mică de 800 Kč sau dacă acesta nu are venituri; acest fapt este confirmat de asigurat/persoana asigurată printr-un certificat/o adeverință care nu trebuie să depășească 30 de zile și care trebuie să fie prezentată furnizorului de asistență medicală.

ak ide o poistenca, ktorému sú poskytované pobytové sociálne služby v domovoch pre osoby so zdravotným postihnutím, domovoch pre seniorov, domovoch so zvláštnym režimom alebo v zdravotníckych zariadeniach lôžkovej starostlivosti, pokiaľ u tohto poistenca po úhrade za ubytovanie a stravu činí stanovený zostatok vo výške aspoň 15 % jeho príjmu menej ako 800 Kč alebo ak nemá žiadny príjem; túto skutočnosť preukazuje poistenec potvrdením nie starším ako 30 dní, ktoré je na jeho žiadosť povinný vydať poskytovateľ sociálnych služieb.
