Per realizzare l'illuminazione, i lighting designer hanno lavorato a stretto contatto con i tecnici Selux, i quali hanno appositamente sviluppato un apparecchio a LED secondo le specifiche di Schlotfeldt Licht. I pali sono assegnati alle scale con distanza tra gli apparecchi tra i 18 a 40 metri e un'altezza di montaggio di 6,5 o 8,5 metri, inclinati di circa 15°.

Based on the specifications in the design by Schlotfeldt Licht, Selux developed a project-specific LED pole luminaire. Poles are mounted at intervals of between 18 and 40m at heights of 6.5 m or 8.5m, with each pole assigned to a staircase, to which it is tilted at an incline of around 15°. All poles for a single staircase system have a uniform height and each pole bears six pivoting LED luminaire heads, three with batwing light distribution and three with flood optics, enabling various areas, shapes and distances to be illuminated differently. Each LED luminaire head is equipped with its own, DALI-capable driver, enabling a wide variety of light scenes to be programmed via the relevant controller.

Zur Realisierung der Beleuchtung arbeiteten die Lichtplaner eng mit den Technikern von Selux zusammen, die nach den Spezifikationen von Schlotfeldt Licht eine projektspezifische LED-Mastleuchte entwickelten. Die Masten sind mit Lichtpunktabständen von 18 bis 40m und einer Lichtpunkthöhe von 6,5 bzw. 8,5m jeweils den Treppenanlagen zugeordnet und stehen rund 15° zu ihnen geneigt. Die Masten an einer Treppenanlage haben jeweils einheitliche Höhen. Jeder Mast trägt sechs schwenkbare LED-Leuchtenköpfe, davon drei mit einer Batwing-Lichtverteilung und drei mit einer Flood-Optik: So lassen sich verschiedene Flächen, Formen und Distanzen differenziert ausleuchten. Jeder LED-Leuchtenkopf verfügt über einen eigenen, DALI-fähigen Treiber – es besteht somit die Option, zukünftig mit einer entsprechenden Steuerung unterschiedlichste Lichtszenarien zu programmieren.
