The event was opened by the rector adviser, Dean of the Faculty of Business and Economics Ali Hasanov. He welcomed his students and emphasized the importance of such events for the youth. Later employees of different agencies of the Ministry of Emergency Situations spoke about emergencies - earthquakes, floods, landslides and so on talked about methods of protection against danger, explained the rules of proper use of gas balloon during the fire. Various photographs and educational videos on civil defense have been demonstrated.
