The apartment is situated in the loft. It consists of a bedroom, a living room with integrated kitchen and dining area, a bathroom and a roofed terrace. The bedroom contains a bed for two and an additional bed as required. The living room is equipped with air-conditioning, TV and a satellite TV receiver. The bathroom includes a bath, a toilet and a washbowl. A passage connects the rooms.

In einem der Zimmer gibt es ein Bett für Zwei und ein zusätzlicher Bett, im anderen ein Bett für zwei Personen und eine Koch- und Ess-Ecke. Dort befindet sich auch ein Fernseher mit Satellitenempfänger und die Klimaanlage. Das Badezimmer hat eine Badewanne, eine Toilette und ein Waschbecken. Die Zimmer sind mit einem Flur verbunden. Die Terrasse ist überdacht.

Si trova nel soffitto. Ci sono due camere. In una ci sono un letto per due persone e il letto addizionale a richiesta, e nell’altra posto letto per due persone e l’angolo per cucinare e pranzare. Nella seconda camera c’è la TV con ricevitore satellite per la TV e la climatizzazione. Gli spazii sono collegati con un corridoio. La terrazza è coperta.
