Employers who have submitted an AEO application to HRSDC/Service Canada on or before March 8, 2013, and who have not received a decision, will be offered the opportunity to submit a new LMO application in order to meet the new requirements that will come into force on May 4, 2013. HRSDC/Service Canada will mail affected employers the revised LMO application form in the coming days. Employers who choose not to avail themselves of this opportunity, will remain in the processing queue, however their application may not be processed in time for it to be used in support of an FSWP application (e.g. before May 4, 2013).
