Some issues such as how far market supervision should be extended to unsupervised entities or how high the fines should be if the obligation to report is violated, require an in-depth examination. The Federal Council has instructed the FDF to carry out further investigations and to make a proposal on the further course of action.

Certaines questions doivent encore faire l'objet d'une étude approfondie, comme l'étendue de l'élargissement de la surveillance des marchés financiers aux non-assujettis ou le montant de la peine pécuniaire en cas d'infraction à l'obligation de déclarer les participations. Le Conseil fédéral a chargé le DFF de procéder à ces éclaircissements et de présenter d'ici à la fin de 2010 une proposition sur la suite à donner à ces questions.

Alcune questioni necessitano ancora di un approfondimento. Così occorrerà chiarire la misura in cui la vigilanza sui mercati debba essere estesa alle persone non sottoposte a vigilanza oppure l'entità delle multe in caso di violazione dell'obbligo di dichiarazione. Il Consiglio federale ha incaricato il DFF di chiarire le questioni pendenti entro fine 2010 e di proporre l'ulteriore modo di procedere.
