The exceptional painting, with its refined colouring and pensive figures of saints, is considered one of the finest artistic works in the entire Byzantine world among those dating from the first quarter of the 15th century. Especially striking are the composition Wedding at Cana, and the depictions of holy warriors and saints set into medallions.

En particular destacan las composiciones de la boda de Caná, que describen en medallones a los santos guerreros y a los beatos.

Великолепная живопись церкви, характеризующаяся тонким вкусом, считается лучшей живописью во всем византийском мире первой четверти XV века. Особенно красивы композиции Свадьба в Кане, святые воины и святители в медальонах. Авторами этой живописи являются двое очень талантливых живописцев, один из которых живописец по имени Радослав – автор миниатюр известного сербского Радославского евангелия, написанного в 1429 году, которое хранится в Санкт-Петербурге.
