Se trata de una casa de madera con un piso de entramado de 1751. A esta finca pertenece también un establo, un cobertizo con columnas y techumbres interesantes y un pajar mampostero de 1865. En la finca hay un museo etnográfico privado en cuya exposición podemos ver herramientas, utensilios y muebles agrícolas de los siglos XVIII, XIX y XX, con una exposición permanente (de venta) de cuadros, cerámica y grabados en madera, en el patio se organizan conciertos y funciones teatrales.

The farmstead most admired by visitors is house No. 9, which is known as Rustler's Farmhouse. It is a log house with a half-timbered half-storey built in 1751. The farmhouse is adjoined by a cowshed and a wood shed with rather ingeniously designed columns and trusses, and a brick barn built in 1865. A private ethnographic museum is open to the public on the farmstead grounds and its collections include farming tools, equipment, and rural furniture from the 18th until the 20th century. The farmstead also houses a permanent sale exhibition of paintings, ceramics and woodcarvings, and occasional concerts or theatre performances take place in the yard.

La propriété la plus admirée est le n° 9, la ferme de Rustler. Il s´agit d´une maison à colombages avec un plancher en bois massif de 1751. Dans le complexe il y a aussi une étable, un hangar avec des colonnes et des charpentes intéressantes ainsi qu’une grange maçonnée de 1865. Dans l´exposition du musée ethnographique privé nous pouvons admirer des outils agricoles, des instruments et meubles du XVIIIe au XXe siècle. On y organise une exposition permanente avec possibilité d´achat de peintures, céramiques et gravures sur bois dans le fil (xyloglyphie) et dans la cour, on y joue des concerts et des pièces de théâtre.

Der meistbewunderte Bauernhof ist der sog. Rustler-Hof mit Hausnummer 9. Dabei geht es um ein gezimmertes Haus aus dem Jahre 1751 mit einem hübschen Fachwerk-Halbstock. Teil des Gehöfts ist ein Stallgebäude, ein Schuppen mit interessant konstruierten Pfosten und Dachstuhl und eine gemauerte Scheune aus dem Jahre 1865. Im Objekt befindet sich heute ein privates Volkskundliches Museum, in dessen Ausstellungsräumen man altes landwirtschaftliches Gerät, Werkzeuge und Möbel aus dem 18. bis 20. Jahrhundert zu sehen bekommt. Hier gibt es auch eine Dauerausstellung von Bildern, Keramik und Holzschnitzereien und auf dem Hof finden gelegentlich Konzerte und Freilichttheatervorstellungen statt.

Il casale più ammirato è il n. 9, noto come “Cascina di Rustler”, un edificio a graticcio del 1751 con un semilivello in legno e muratura. L’area comprende una stalla, un capannone con un’interessante disposizione delle colonne e dei tetti ed un pagliaio in legno del 1865. L’edificio ospita un museo etnografico privato in cui è possibile ammirare strumenti agricoli, macchinari e arredamenti del periodo compreso tra il XVIII e il XX secolo. All’interno della struttura è stata allestita anche una sala permanente per la vendita di quadri, ceramiche e sculture in legno. Il cortile ospita occasionalmente anche concerti e spettacoli teatrali.

Особое восхищение вызывает дом №9, т.н. усадьба Рустлера – срубовый дом с фахверковым мезонином, датируемый 1751 годом. В комплекс также входит хлев, сарай с интересно решенными столбами и стропильной конструкцией и каменный амбар (1865). В объекте расположен частный краеведческий музей, экспозиция которого состоит из земледельческих орудий, инструментов и мебели ХVIII-ХХ веков. Здесь действует постоянная выставка-продажа картин, керамики и резьбы по дереву, на дворе время от времени устраиваются концерты и театральные спектакли.
