Este yacimiento es único sui generis en la Europa entera por lo cual se trata de un monumento natural protegido. El yacimiento lleva su nombre del ladrillar antiguo (Ziegelhütte) que se encontraba en el lugar donde la vía cruza la carretera a Aš.

The rare mineral deposit may be found not far from the village of Hazlov, in the vicinity of the local golf course in the valley of Hazlovský potok (Hazlov Brook). If you take cycle route No. 2064 from the chateau in Hazlov, you will reach the Golfer's Club House. There, you will turn left in the direction of a stream and continue on a field path leading along a small pond and the right side of a meadow. After about 300 metres, you will reach the "U Cihelny" (At the Brick Kiln) deposit. The deposit is rich in brown vesuvianite and egeran, a variant of vesuvianite distinguished by its rod-like radial concentric alignment. Vesuvianite-egeran in Hazlov was described by J. W. Goethe and named after the town of Cheb (German: Eger). The deposit is the only one of its kind in Europe it is therefore protected as a natural monument. The deposit is named after the former brick kiln (German: Ziegelhütte), which was used to stand near the railway crossing on the road to Aš. A large egeran specimen is displayed in the Cheb Museum.

Non loin de Hazlov, près du complexe de golf, dans la vallée du Ruisseau de Hazlov se trouve le gisement d´un minerai rare. En prenant la cycloroute n° 2064 depuis le château de Hazlov, on arrive devant le club des golfeurs. Là, nous tournons à gauche vers le ruisseau par le chemin dans les prés, autour d´un petit étang, à droite du pré, après 300 mètres, nous arrivons au gisement « U Cihelny ». On y trouve la vesuvianite brune et sa variété formée de tiges rayées vers le centre, appelée egeran. Le minerai de vesuvian-egeran de Hazlov fut décrit par J. W. Goethe qui le nomma d´après la ville de Cheb (Eger en allemand). Il s´agit d´un gisement unique en Europe ; c´est pourquoi le lieu fut proclamé monument naturel protégé. Le gisement est nommé d’après l´ancienne briqueterie (Ziegelhütte) qui se trouvait au croisement du chemin de fer avec la route d’Aš. Nous pouvons voir un grand exemple d´egeran au musée de Cheb.

Unweit von Hazlov (Haslau), beim Golfgelände, im Tal des Hazlov-Baches befindet sich der Fundort eines seltenen Minerals. Wenn man vom Schloss in Hazlov auf der Radwanderroute Nr. 2064 aufbricht, kommt man zum Golfspieler-Klubhaus. Dort biegt man links zum Bach auf einen Feldweg um den Teich herum ab und fährt ca. 300 m an der rechten Seite der Wiese entlang, bis man zum Fundort "U Cihelny" (Ziegelhütte) gelangt. Hier kommt brauner Vesuvian vor, dessen kurzprismatische, strahlenförmig zur Mitte angeordnete Abart Egeran genannt wird. Das Mineral Vesuvian-Egeran von Hazlov wurde bereits von J.W. Goethe beschrieben und nach der Stadt Eger benannt. Dieser Fundort ist der einzige seiner Art in ganz Europa und wird deshalb mit Recht als Naturdenkmal geschützt. Der Fundort bekam seinen Namen von einer alten Ziegelei (Ziegelhütte), die sich dort befand, wo heute die Bahnstrecke die Straße nach Aš kreuzt. Ein großes Exemplar von Egeran wird im Museum in Cheb aufbewahrt.

Non lontano da Hazlov, presso l’area del campo da golf, nella valle del ruscello di Hazlov si trova il giacimento di un raro minerale. Imboccando la pista ciclabile 2064 dal castello di Hazlov raggiungiamo il Club dei golfisti. Lì svoltiamo a sinistra in direzione del ruscello, seguiamo il sentiero di campagna intorno allo stagno, e sul lato destro del prato proseguiamo per circa 300 m, arrivando al giacimento "U Cihelny" (Al mattonificio). Qui si trova la vesuvianite marrone e l’egerano, la sua variante bacillare (a forma di prisma allungato, striato). Il minerale vesuvianite-egerano di Hazlov è stato descritto da J. W. Goethe e deve il suo nome alla città di Cheb (Eger). Questo giacimento è unico nel suo genere in tutta Europa e perciò è un monumento naturale protetto. Il giacimento deve invece il suo nome all’ex mattonificio (Ziegelhütte), che si trovava nel punto in cui la tratta incrocia la strada per Aš. È possibile ammirare un grande esemplare di egerano nel Museo di Cheb.

Неподалеку от Газлова, у поля для гольфа, в долине Газловского потока находится месторождение редкого минерала. Если от замка в Газлове вы отправитесь по велотрассе № 2064, то доберетесь до здания гольф-клуба. Там повернем налево на полевую дорогу, ведущую к потоку мимо пруда, с правой стороны луга проедем около 300 м и попадем к месторождению «У Цигельны». Здесь встречается коричневый везувиан, а его палочковидная разновидность с направленной к центру лучеподобной структурой называется эгеран. Минерал везувиан-эгеран в Газлове был описан И.В.Гете и назван в честь Хеба (Eger). Это месторождение – единственное своего рода в Европе, и поэтому его объявили охраняемым памятником природы. Название месторождения происходит от бывшего кирпичного завода (Ziegelhütte), который находился в местах, где дорога пересекает шоссе на Аш. Крупный экземпляр эгерана можно увидеть в Хебском музее.
