Międzynarodowych (AM 213) będzie można otrzymać podanie (ECTS Application Form), formularz na dotychczas uzyskane oceny (Transcript of Records) oraz porozumienie o programie zajęć (Learning Agreement).

First off, you need to be accepted into an Erasmus program. Following acceptance into a program, you will receive an application (ECTS Application Form), a form requesting release of a copy of your academic achievements to date (Transcript of Record) and the Erasmus Learning Agreement for program participation. These forms do not only serve as your application to your partner university abroad, but in the case of the Learning Agreement, they also provide the best possible assurance that your academic achievements abroad will be recognized by your home institution.

Zunächst einmal sollten Sie für ein Erasmus-Programm ausgewählt worden sein. Im Anschluss daran erhalten Sie von der Abteilung für Internationales einen Antrag (ECTS Application Form), ein Formular für eine Datenabschrift über bisherige Studienleistungen (Transcript of Record) und den Studienvertrag (Learning Agreement) zur Teilnahme am Programm. Diese Formulare dienen nicht nur der Anmeldung an der jeweiligen Partneruniversität im Ausland, sondern sollen Ihnen in Form des Learning Agreements größtmögliche Sicherheit in Bezug auf die Anerkennung Ihrer Studienleistungen aus dem Ausland gewähren.
