În jurul aceste date festive, instituţia noastră doreşte să organizeze anual o conferinţa ştiinţifică internaţională, pentru a dezbate cele mai actuale şi discutabile probleme ale dreptului european mereu în formare şi transformare.

On May 9, 1950, Robert Schuman put forward his proposal on the reorganization of Europe, which is the first direct step in the process of European integration and the creation of the European Union. Europe Day today is a symbol of the European Union. Our institution wants to hold an annual international scientific conference near the Europe Day to discuss the current and debatable issues of European law always in progress or transformation. European law has become part of our daily activities, we can not circumvent this law, no matter what field of law we are working as practitioners or academics.

1950. május 9-én Robert Schuman előterjesztette Európa újjászervezéséről szóló javaslatát, amely a mai Európa Unió megszületésének indító lépése. Az Európa Nap az EU hivatalos jelképévé vált. Európa Nap környékén az intézményünk rendszeresen nemzetközi konferenciát kíván szervezni, amely az európai jog legaktuálisabb, vitatott, alakuló vagy átalakuló kérdéseit kívánja áttekinteni. Az európai jog mindennapjaink meghatározó részévé vált, muszáj foglalkoznunk vele, bármilyen jogterületen is dolgozunk gyakorló jogászként vagy egyetemi oktatóként.
