La casa va canviar de propietaris en 1930, quan després de la Primera Guerra Mundial, els negocis de la família Sans no van tenir èxit. És en aquest moment quan Fernando Vilallonga i Balam compra la casa.

The house changed owners in 1930, when after World War I the Sans business ran out of luck. It was at this time when Fernando Vilallonga i Balam bought the house. Vilallonga did some renovations in the house such as the Carrara marble staircase on the ground floor or the beautiful bronze sculpture commissioned to artist Frederic Marès, which represents the Greek goddess Diana.

La maison changea de propriétaires en 1930, lorsque les affaires de la famille Sans déclinèrent après la Première Guerre mondiale. Fernando Vilallonga i Balam fit acquisition de la maison à ce moment-là. Vilallonga procéda à quelques rénovations comme celles de l’escalier en marbre de Carrare de l’entrée du rez-de-chaussée, ou de la magnifique sculpture en bronze de l’artiste Frederic Marés à l’effigie de la déesse grecque Diane.

Da die Familie Sans in der Folge des Ersten Weltkriegs in ökonomische Schwierigkeiten geriet, wechselte das Haus im Jahr 1930 seinen Besitzer. Es wurde von Fernando Villallonga i Balam aufgekauft, der einige Renovierungsarbeiten vornahm. Auf ihn gehen die Treppe aus Carrara-Marmor im Flur des Erdgeschosses sowie die bezaubernde Bronzestatue des Künstlers Frederic Marés zurück, die die griechische Göttin Diana darstellt.

Dopo la prima guerra mondiale, le attività della famiglia Sans iniziarono un certo declino e nel 1930 la casa cambiò di proprietario. È in questo momento quando Fernando Vilallonga i Balam compra l’edificio ed esegue alcuni lavori di ristrutturazione, tra cui la scala in marmo di Carrara dell’ingresso al piano terra o la bellissima scultura in bronzo dell’artista Frederic Marés che rappresenta la dea greca Diana.

Особняк перешел к другому владельцу в 1930 году: после первой мировой войны дела у семьи Санс шли не очень хорошо.
