The DALLAN T4 roll forming machines are suitable for machining the thinnest materials, starting from 0.2 mm thick. They are used in the production of rolling shutters, profiles for drywall construction, profiles for suspended ceilings and T-bars, external Venetian blinds, Lighting fittings insect screens and many other products. They can count from 4 to over 50 rollforming stations, depending on the complexity of the profile and the number of folds or bends, and run at speeds between 30 and 160 metres a minute according to the customers’ requirements.

Die Profilierstraßen DALLAN T4 eignen sich für die Verarbeitung dünner Materialien mit Stärken ab 0,2 mm. Sie werden bei der Fertigung von Rollläden, Trockenbauprofilen, Profilen für abgehängte Decken und T-Bar-Profilen, außen anliegenden Raffstores, Fliegengittern und vielen weiteren Artikeln eingesetzt. Der Komplexität des Profils und der Anzahl der Biegungen entsprechend können sie 4 bis 50 Stationen umfassen und, den Erfordernissen entsprechend, mit Geschwindigkeiten von 30 bis 160 Meter pro Minute arbeiten.

Possono avere da 4 a oltre 50 stazioni, a seconda della complessità del profilo e del numero di piegature e lavorare a velocità da 30 a 160 metri al minuto a seconda delle necessità.
