Ms. Johanne Ouellet has been a political advisor for the ministers and deputies for 15 years. She an expert in environmental issues for more than twelve years, particularly in climate change and energy for municipal clients. As Director of Development, Johanne Ouellet works closely with municipalities in Quebec and Canada to guide them in their efforts to reduce their greenhouse gas emissions. She has contributed to a series of GHG emission inventories, development of action plans and transport project such as the SAUVéR project, sustainable urban development and renewable energy production for several cities and municipalities in Quebec and Canada.
