godine građani SCG izjasnili su se prema nacionalnoj ili etničkoj pripadnosti kao: Jugoslaveni, Albanci, Bugari, Vlasi, Goranci, Makedonci, Muslimani, Nijemci, Romi, Rumunji, Rusi, Rusini, Slovaci, Slovenci, Ukrajinci, Česi (s više od 2000 pripadnika) te ostali.

According to the 2002 census the citizens of SCG expressed their national or ethnical qualification as: Yugoslavs, Albanians, Bulgarians, Vlasi, Goranci, Macedonians, Muslims, Germans, Roma, Romanians, Russians, Ruthenians, Slovakians, Slovenians, Ukrainians and Czech (counting more then 2000 members) and others. Beside the above mentioned four communities, the national councils for folowing communities have been formed until the dissolution of SCG: Ruthenian, Romanian, Slovakian, Bulgarian, Ukrainian, Macedonian, Roma, Vlasi and Greek. These shall probably continue to function within Serbia and we may soon expect their symbols, as well as there may be other councils established in the mean time that may require the rights of hoisting their symbols. Other ethnic communities include Ashkali, Egyptians and Jews...
