De nationalité suisse, Hans-Rudolf Gottier est titulaire d’un diplôme d’ingénieur en électricité obtenu à la HES de Bienne et est membre de la Direction générale élargie de Swatch Group depuis 2013. Il a débuté sa carrière au sein de Swatch Group en 1980 en tant qu’ingénieur responsable de la fabrication des quartz et dirige l’entreprise Micro Crystal SA depuis 1990 en qualité de CEO.

A Swiss national, Hans-Rudolf Gottier holds an engineering degree from the University of Applied Sciences (HES) in Biel / Bienne. A member of the Swatch Group’s Extended Management Board since 2013, he began his career in Swatch Group in 1980 as an engineer in charge of quartz production and has been CEO of Micro Crystal Ltd since 1990. Mr. Gottier has also been serving as a consultant to the management of EM Microelectronic-Marin Ltd since 2011. Moreover, Mr. Gottier has conducted several restructuring operations within Swatch Group Electronic Systems. Prior to joining Swatch Group, Mr. Gottier worked in South America where he was responsible for technical implementation in the field of importing large machinery and installations.

Der Schweizer Hans-Rudolf Gottier schloss als Elektroingenieur an der FH in Biel ab und ist seit 2013 Mitglied der erweiterten Konzernleitung. Er begann seine Tätigkeit für die Swatch Group 1980 als Engineering-Leiter für die Quarzherstellung. Seit 1990 ist er als CEO für die Firma Micro Crystal AG verantwortlich. Seit 2011 ist er zudem beratend in der Geschäftsleitung der EM Microelectronic-Marin AG tätig. Herr Gottier leitete ausserdem verschiedene Umstrukturierungen innerhalb der Swatch Group Electronic Systems. Vor seinem Eintritt bei der Swatch Group arbeitete Hans-Rudolf Gottier in Südamerika, wo er für die technische Abwicklung beim Import von Grossmaschinen und Anlagen verantwortlich war.
