Riječ je o kvalifikacijskom teniskom susretu za Svjetsku skupinu Davis Cupa između Hrvatske i Velike Britanije, odnosno dvoboj koji će odlučiti koja će reprezentacija iduće godine igrati u elitnom rangu neslužbenog svjetskog momčadskog prvenstva tenisača.

Umag has traditionally been the venue of important sports competitions during the year. One of the most important and interesting ones will be held from 13th until 15th September at the Stella Maris Resort. It is a qualifying tennis match for the Davis Cup World Group played between Croatia and Great Britain, a duel to decide which national team will play in the elite group of the unofficial world team tennis championships next year.

In Umag finden traditionell im Lauf des Jahres bedeutende Sportwettkämpfe statt, und einer der wichtigsten und interessantesten wird sich zwischen dem 13. und 15. September im Stella Maris Ressort abspielen. Es handelt sich um die Qualifikations-Tennisspiele für das internationale Team des Davis Cup zwischen Kroatien und Großbritannien, wobei entschieden werden soll, welches Team nächstes Jahr in der Elite des informellen internationalen Tenniswettbewerbs auftreten wird.

Gre za kvalifikacijsko teniško srečanje zaSvetovno skupino Davis Cup med Hrvaško in Veliko Britanijo, dvoboj, ki bo odločil, katera reprezentanca bo prihodnje leto sodelovala v sklopu elitne skupine neuradnega svetovnega ekipnega teniškega prvenstva.
