Magamistoa tapeedi all on omaniku ütluste kohaselt tuntud Eesti maalikunstnike Richard Uutmaa ja Richard Sagritsa loodud terve seina suurune söemaaling – kuna nimetatud kunstnikud seal suviti tihti puhkamas käisid, annab see asjaolu kinnistu ajaloole veelgi mõnusamat hõngu juurde.

Besides the dwelling building, the plot includes also sheds, a ground cellar, a pit privy, a dug well and sauna. The sauna house has three rooms – a hallway, washing room with a hearth and a recreation room/bedroom. According to the owner, the bedroom wallpaper hides a charcoal painting by famous Estonian painters Richard Uutmaa and Richard Sagritsa in the extent of the entire wall – as these painters often spent their summers there, then this circumstance provides an extra touch to the plot history.

Кроме жилого здания на участке находятся ещё сараи, погреб, сухой туалет, шахтный колодец и баня. Баня из трёх помещений - прихожая, помывочная с каменкой и комната отдыха/спальня. Под обоями в спальне находится угольная картина во всю стену, нарисованная со слов владельца, известными эстонскими живописцами Ричардом Уутмаа и Ричардом Сагритса - так как художники туда часто приезжали отдыхать летом, то это обстоятельство придаёт истории недвижимости еще более приятное веяние.
