To educate and encourage residents to make the first step towards renovation of their buildings, association "Building and Energy Conservation Bureau" (ESEB), fund "LABEEF" together with partners of the project SUNShINE declared February as building renovation month and organizes informative campaign "Second life for the building! Know your rights". Goal of the campaign is to decrease biases against building renovation by telling how simple and available the process actually is.
